The rest of the crew assembled on the Observation Deck to meet the latest editions to their numbers. After the revelation that their worlds are gone, many of them are even more eager to see people they knew from home.

Several people are set up near the doors to provide the new people with omnicoms and comm rings. New crew-mates might see a tall man in green armor and snake girl among their number. There are also several authoritative-looking figures ready to introduce themselves.

There's a lot to tell the new people. It's going to be a lot to take in.

Those heading to the sensorium after Commander Rahk's announcement would find themselves inside a rather technologically advanced looking base, a number of armored soldiers bustling about.

Rahk himself was there, standing in front of a command station with a large screen overlooking the waiting battlefield outside, which appeared to be the ruins of some advanced city. By the serious look on his face, he was certainly ready to get this test underway.

Volstagg stands in the Sensoriums, scratching at his beard. "So, what you're saying is that... If I ask you for something, this room will give it to me. Anything at all, down to the last detail?"

||For the thirteenth time, yes.|| If it was possible for Stacy to feel exasperated, she was probably getting close by now. Trying to explain science to Volstagg wasn't the easiest of tasks.

"Anything."

||Anything.||

"Right!" He claps his hands together and rubs them. "First, I want my clothes!"

He could have sworn he heard something mutter about not having that much cloth in the entire ship, but his familiar pink and gold outfit wrapped itself around him. Volstagg smiles with glee, pleased at the test. "And now... Asgard. I want to see Asgard."

The room ripples, then shifts into a massive pile of rubble and masonry. Weapons, modern and old, still litter the floor, and Volstagg covers his face with a hand, holding the other one out. "No! Not this. I mean Asgard. The Golden Realm, as it was. As it should be."

The rubble, the destruction, it all instantly vanishes, replaced by a great field of stars. No longer on a stone floor, Volstagg stands solidly on a rainbow. The Bifrost, the Rainbow Bridge. And in front of him, floating majestically in the emptiness, is a great, golden city. He takes a step forward, lost in his own thoughts for a moment, when a gruff voice interrupts him. "Who goes there?"

Volstagg peers a bit, then trots to meet the tall god, wrapped in furs and armor, resting the tip of his sword against the bridge. "Ho, Heimdall! Surely you could not forget your good friend Volstagg!"

There's a moment of silence, then a snort as Heimdall waves his hand. "Forgive me, Volstagg. When I looked upon you, I felt for sure that you must be a small army."

Volstagg's chest swells with pride. "Of course, my fighting prowess could not belong to a single warrior alone!"

"Nay. I was referring to how your girth eclipsed everything in my gaze and how your thunderous footsteps upon the bridge drowned out all else."

Most of the recently-awakened people had probably heard of the Drunken Dragon tavern within a few days of getting accustomed to the ship. Some had already visited it, and a few had even become regulars.

As usual, the door was open, and both Kang and Kaylee were there, refilling drinks and being sociable.

The stage was free for anyone that wanted to share a story, sing a song, or play an instrument, and it was more than welcomed, for what's a tavern without some form of entertainment?

||Pod Release Protocols Initating|| Stacy's familiar voice sounds out to all the podmates through the ship.

In the Pod Caverns, there are the sounds of: Pop. Pop pop pop. Poppuhpoppoppop. KASCHUNKhiiiiiiiissssss.

There is condensation and mist spraying out from cracks in the pods, as the people inside slide out onto the floors, covered in slime.
