Post Mission Party At The Bar
Its time to unwind, relax and receive news of home. A pod pop occurred while some were on a mission and it's time to meet up with new friends, drink well with old, and relax. The Drunken Dragon has opened its doors and stands ready and willing to assist in forgetting the trials those on the mission experienced.

He'd heard about what had happened to Harriet, too; he had never grown to completely trust or like any of the CLF, but she had given him her luck. She'd expressed a very real desire for him to be reunited with his family.
Handing him a necklace on a simple gold chain, Harriet smiled, "I hope this brings you luck and helps you find your family again. It's sad to be alone."
The charm was hangul, the Korean written language. He recognized it from his Fairplay memories. It was either the multiverse playing some sort of strange joke on him, or a complete coincidence.
"Do you know what this says?"
She shook her head.
"Haeng un eul bil eo yo. Good luck, in Korean," the bozak stated. He knew he'd mangled the accent, but in his normal, draconian body, it was physically impossible to pronounce it correctly. "...thank you, Harriet."
His upper right arm was bandaged, and Sakura had removed the brand. His jaw ached a bit from where Kon had punched him as well; it hadn't been enough to break anything, but it had still hurt, and he was a bit surprised he hadn't lost a tooth. He was tired, and angry, and wanted a chance to unwind, preferably with copious amounts of alcohol.
Barely a second after he entered the tavern, he noticed something... different, a particular scent that he definitely recognized.
Re: Closed to Kali
It was useful, and she was capable of doing it, and therefore she did not mind in the least doing so.
She hoped he was alright, Eva said that sometimes, if they were injured, even a little, it would require them to stay a little longer. And her father was one of the leading diplomats on the mission; he might need to be debriefed before he was allowed to return home.
That was what she would continue to herself, unless something was otherwise communicated to her.
She sat the tray down gently on the table, allowing the patrons to take the beers before picking it up to turn back to the bar.
The door swung open, allowing her father to enter and she froze, feeling like a tiny rabbit the moment before a raptor struck. He looked…tired. As though he had only just left the field of battle and she nearly hesitated, allowed him more time, perhaps a warning from Miss Kaylee or the woman Nima who kept the bar. Nearly.
But she was a child, however clever, however wise beyond her age.
She was still a child.
“PAPA!”
Around her the bar fell completely silent, but she was hardly paying them any mind now as she ran to her father.

So instead, he opted to head to the Drunken Dragon when he heard buzz of people heading over there. It'd be nice to see and speak to Kang anyway, finally able to rest without a short amount of time and choices hanging over them. To the others - any others who might have passed and made eye contact with him, Jr. would smile and nod at them in greeting to maybe get some new introductions going on.

She walked up to him and waved in greeting, still smiling. "Hey, long time no see!" she said, stopping just a short distance away from Jr. "How've you been?"

Sasami wasn't one for going to the Dragon - she had her restaurant and she knew that Kang wouldn't want her getting drunk. However, she did spot a few people going in from the mission, so she decided to follow. Spotting Jr., she made her way over to her friend.
"Are you okay?"

And who knew when someone would complain about that fake fight.
At the moment, though, Zedd took a seat and just let himself stew in his anger. He'd get back at everyone soon enough, just they wait. He wouldn't be their punching bag anymore.

He understood the reason for things like bars, but they were never anything that appealed to him. Maybe on rare occasion he would have a drink of some fancy or rare beverage from the canyon, but that was it.
He wondered why so many people were in there, but he didn't make a move to actually enter, sitting just outside and looking up to the window and through the door hesitantly.

Matt was gone, and as hurtful as that was, she still had tons to do, and could at least make sure everyone on the bus was looked after, as he would have done.
So anyone approaching would see Kaya reading and writing things down in her newly obtained nursing packet, looking busy.

The longing for the bustling, loud and generally cheery mood was why he found himself here, today. He hadn't planned to really drink much, lest he find himself in a string of awkward situations, but the atmosphere was what he was looking for, anyways.
Taking a quick glance around the homey bar, he spotted the back of a head that he recognized. Kaya looked fairly busy--not that that deterred him one bit.
Nokosi took long, languid strides to the table she occupied and sat himself down in a nearby seat but didn't utter a word. Instead, he leaned over to view what it was she was reading.

This mission, on the other hand, had been one giant headache, a mental drain of watching the crew scrabble at both sides and each other, on top of all the ethical problems. He didn't even know if they'd done the right thing. Freeing the clones was a no brainer. Of course that was the right thing. But if they'd just helped bring about a total collapse of the rest of the society...
Daniel dropped the sizable packet of information on Gallilee onto the table in front of him and began to sort through it. Bringing his work with him was so natural that Daniel didn't think about half the time. Just like you didn't think about breathing. Not until Jack got in his face about it, or if that failed, got Teal'c to hustle him back to the land of the living. You hadn't lived life until you had a Jaffa herding you out of an office. Tealc' seemed especially immune to the pleading looks he'd tried on him, which was probably why Jack had Teal'c as Plan B in the first place.
They probably wouldn't ever see Galilee ever, so studying up on them because of diplomacy was a moot point by now, but he did want to understand them better. And maybe what he learned here could end up being useful in other contact situations in the future.
Daniel touched his jaw as he turned a page, feeling the rough feel of stubble. Several days there and not a chance to shave. It wasn't something he'd thought about at the time, but now it was starting to get distracting.

"Hey." He hadn't really talked to the guy before their mission, so Jr.'s first impression of him was under a bad circumstance. Still, he didn't get a bad one from that. "Work in this kind of environment often?"

He also tended to not indulge in PDA very often, though he'd gotten used to it coming from certain people. A hug every now and then from some of the females he'd grown close with, or sometimes a kiss on the cheek from Kaylee, but never much more than that.
So, it was probably a bit of a surprise for the older crew members to see him sitting there with a young one sitting in his lap and practically clinging to him, about the height of a human child of ten or eleven. They were talking in Nerakese, so sometimes a word here or there didn't translate properly, and they were clearly happy to see each other.
It didn't look like either one of them wanted to be separated from the other any time soon.
[This is for anyone that wants to talk to either of them. They're... not really paying much attention to other people unless directly approached.]

When he came across Kang, he stopped and tilted his head. There was another Draconian here? And... a younger one, at that? (He assumed, from her size.) But Kang's children were a lot younger than this. So who could this be?
"Hi!" he said curiously.

"Hey--" he started, and then tilted his head every so slightly in curiosity. He didn't know there were more like Kang on the ship. And the way he seemed so happy to see her on top of her height ... was she one of his kids? Or a younger sibling of some sort? Jr. remembered seeing Kang conjuring up a home with a handful of children in the Sensoriums once before, but they had been so young.
"Hey," he said again, this time addressing Kali as well.

He didn't want to disturb them, if they were busy talking. He figured they might have a lot to catch up on. But he was curious all the same, to get a better look at Kang. So he took a few steps forward, silently craning his neck forward.

Still, she can't help but feel incredibly happy to see Kang looking so happy to be around his child. She certainly hoped for as much all those times he'd expressed mournful sentiments about his family's absence.
"So, how are my favorite Draconians?"

Instead, she propped up her forelegs on the nearest stool and made her best attempt at a call. "Hey everypony! Anyone hankerin' for some cider?"
She could use a hand to get it set up, hint hint.

It shouldn't be that weird, and she'd noticed them a while ago, but something about them was freaking her out more than dragons and multi-eyed alien things and everything else she's run into.
But they seem nice, so she really shouldn't avoid them or anything. She even brought something for them, and she seems to be having trouble, so Cagalli makes her way over, offering a hand... "Hey, lemme help with... tha-" not enough of a hand though. It's heavy dammit. "Whoa..."

"Seriously, I hate that planet," she mutters, idly scratching at a mild burn she'd received during the final fight.
The Next Day - Locked to Kang
He slipped into the tavern, feeling oddly self-conscious. It was like something of a fantasy novel or a video game, but here it was. He took a look around - where was this Kang guy?

When she finally did come into the tavern, she did so not by her customary (and sometimes startling) method of using a transit wizardry, but chose to slip through the various patrons until she got to the bar. There she jumped to her usual spot and lied down, her ears tilted to the sides and her gaze fixed on the wood of the bar like she was deep in thought.

Which also meant that if Mal wanted to take the bearings of some of the people in charge on this ship, then this was the time and place to do it. Hence why he had found himself a nice corner seat and a mug of ale.
