Post Mission Party At The Bar
Its time to unwind, relax and receive news of home. A pod pop occurred while some were on a mission and it's time to meet up with new friends, drink well with old, and relax. The Drunken Dragon has opened its doors and stands ready and willing to assist in forgetting the trials those on the mission experienced.

She knew her mother and brothers and sister would wake, she knew the ship was full of surprises. She may be a child, but she was a Draconian child, they did not coddle their children. Platitudes were a human thing. Draconians preferred honesty. Her father had always been direct with her, if not completely honest, she knew it might take some time before her mother and siblings woke. But her father was here, she was not alone, the need for comfort had been expended the moment her father walked in the door.
"I am ten."

"Ah, ten, huh? Not too far behind me! Mostly." Not too far from how old he physically was, at any rate. But at the same time, there were times where it was still oddly natural to act the age he looked rather than the age he was. It was a strange feeling, sometimes. "You get a chance to see much of the ship, yet? I'm not sure how long ago you and everyone else new woke up since I was down on the planet with your dad..."

If he was only her age, then why was he spouting comforting platitudes? Was that what human children preferred to hear? Lies? Humans must prefer their children ignorant and unprepared.
"What are the Daligig, papa?" The word was a strange one, one she had not heard just yet. She flicked the tip of her tail, thoughtful as she absorbed bits of the conversation.

With a smile, he gave a small shrug. It wasn't really a huge deal to him how long he'd be on or how long this giant mission of theirs would last. He focused more on the end result of the mission. Even though there was a lot that he lost just prior to arriving on the ship, there was still so much more worth trying to save. His friends, MOMO and Juli, Mary and Shelley...
So it was good that Kali asked about the Daligig. Jr. had heard a lot about them too, even though he hadn't been blessed to meet the people who apparently pulled them into his mission. He always liked hearing about them, even it was something he heard already. It reminded him to think more about them, and their trustworthiness. He looked at Kang when the question was asked.

He clearly didn't think too highly of the Daligig, or trust them. There were too many unanswered questions, and he wasn't the type to trust anyone implicitly. He'd been burned before.
