Meet-n-Greet
The rest of the crew assembled on the Observation Deck to meet the latest editions to their numbers. After the revelation that their worlds are gone, many of them are even more eager to see people they knew from home.
Several people are set up near the doors to provide the new people with omnicoms and comm rings. New crew-mates might see a tall man in green armor and snake girl among their number. There are also several authoritative-looking figures ready to introduce themselves.
There's a lot to tell the new people. It's going to be a lot to take in.
[ooc: Only new characters and Command Staff can start new threads for introductions, to limit the number of threads. Everyone else, just tag in and have your guys greet the newbies.]

And to Shotarou who took care of it like it was his own child. The pair had spent long hours working on it, perfecting the design and the RevolGarry.

He coughs, finally remembering his manners. "Kazami Shiro."

"The names Shotarou and Akiko don't ring any bells I take it," said Phillip after a moment. "One is a detective with a fondness for hats, the other a girl about my height with a penchant for carrying around green slippers to hit people with."

Kazami shakes his head. "I'm sorry, but no. They're probably still asleep in the pods." He glances down at the pod chamber. "Stacy releases them at random, it seems. The people we'd like to see released often don't get out."

"I suppose I should put a call out then later. What I have is very important but without someone to support me, I'm only part of what I should be."
Kamen Rider was the unspoken statement. But he ran his hand across the case before opening it up a little before picking up the green Gaia Memory and pulling it out to look at it. Clicking it once for nostalgia, he was rewarded by a male voice proclaiming before he picked up a black one and clicking it.

He nodded to Philip. "Philip, isn't it; that odd detective's partner?"

As Tsukasa approaches, Kazami can't help but wonder... What did a toy salesman need with a motorcycle like that? "Can it be that you're simply slow, Tsukasa?"
He crosses his arms and looks down at Phillip, judging again. Is this Decade's way of trying to be clever again? No, Tsukasa was frail and feminine enough. There was no way that someone as fragile looking as Phillip was a Rider.

He adopted a little smirk as he touched his chin a little. "Sometimes things are doubled up in nature," replied Phillip, enjoying his word games. "Tsukasa is quite odd to be honest."
no subject
Turning to Philip, he said, "And as odd as I am, you and your partner still make me look normal by comparison."
no subject
"Detectives tend to be odd. But how else could they do what they do if they weren't a tad eccentric?" Just look at all of the detectives in pop culture! Even Kazami had dabbled in the field, but that was mainly to keep an eye out for evil organizations and cults.

He hid a smile under his hand. Surely there would be a time to prove Kazami wrong that Double existed, but for now, he was content to letting things pass by, but not without taking a potshot at Tsukasa once in a while. "I'm sure being part of the motorcycle enthusiasts would be quite interesting."
no subject
Turning to Kazami he said, "There's eccentric...and then there's comically wacky."
