'Meat' 'n Greet

The rest of the crew assembled on the Observation Deck to meet the latest editions to their numbers. After the revelation that their worlds are gone, many of them are even more eager to see people they knew from home.

Several people are set up near the doors to provide the new people with omnicoms and comm rings. New crew-mates might see a green-skinned alien and snake girl among their number. There are also several authoritative-looking figures ready to introduce themselves.

There's a lot to tell the new people. It's going to be a lot to take in.

[ooc: Only new characters and Command Staff can start new threads for introductions, to limit the number of threads. Everyone else, just tag in and have your guys greet the newbies.]

After Jail.

Just like Nanoha, Fate and Reinforce. Vivio felt like resigning to the fact that she'll never find anyone from HER time here.

"I'm from four years after that..." Vivio said. At that moment, Vivio's Device, Sacred Heart, floated up to join Vivio. "This is my Device, Sacred Heart. I call him Kris, though...!"

"I see," she said curiously. "You have your own Device. I suppose you've been attending a school for magic, then? What style have you been learning?"

She honestly couldn't imagine Nanoha letting Vivio do anything as dangerous as letting her become a mage, but perhaps she loosened up in those four years in between.

"That's right. Modern Belkan's my main focus of magic, though I'm being trained in Strike Arts." Vivio said.

She remembered what happened when she told Nanoha and Fate about her transformed state and that Nove was training her, so she left that out for the moment.

Modern Belkan. That term still seemed like a bit of an oxymoron to her, even though it's somewhat around in her time as well.

She's just still so used to thinking of Belkan as an ancient style that few practiced, but she could see the appeal of it for some young mages.

"Interesting," she says. "You'll have to show me what you've learned sometime, if you get the chance."

"Oh, I'll be glad to, Signum-san!" Vivio said, a bright smile on her face. "I'd do it now, but..."

Yeah, there's a lot of people in here, so...

"I understand," She says with a bit of a chuckle. "What else have you been doing here?"

"Well..." Vivio said. "...awhile back, I took over as librarian of the Media Library. It was very... unorganized, so I figured I'd help out and try to keep it as neat as possible!"

"I've also met some wonderful friends while I've been awake here!"

"Ah, well, that's always good."

The Vivio from her time hadn't had any friends her own age, so it was good to know that the situation changed for her. Of course, the mere fact that the ship was abducting people Vivio's age was enough to give her pause for concern.
