Cascade [Open party time!]

Billy had just launched another portal in that maze of mazes, exhaustion setting in. Surely this time he would land on another moving platform of death?

Nope, just the exterior of the finished bathhouses. All polished, systems running, and just about ready to open! Given how sore and exhausted he was, that sounded like an excellent idea at the moment.

With a quick message to the rest of the crew, he set out the 'Open' sign for the first time and took advantage of his owner status---the prime waterfall spot could be his!

((ooc: The bathhouses are now open! Feel free to mingle around, relax, and have a party. Or cause trouble, but that might invite more trouble. Just start a subthread with your character's location and have fun. For reference there are individual showers in front, followed by hot tubs centrally located, saunas further back, and private baths along the side. The showers, tubs, and saunas have smaller sex-segregated units along with a central group unit that's larger.))

"...YOU'D BETTER SLEEP FAR AWAY FROM ME TONIGHT, PERVY ERMINE!" Asuna exclaimed, her own face extremely crimson while resisting the urge to send Chamo flying again.

Though she did let go of Negi, allowing him to land back in the baths if not gracefully.

Mindy couldn't help it: she did dart forward and grab Negi, FAR quicker than what a normal girl would have done. She was REALLY happy that she hadn;t gone commando for this.

"You alright R-um, Nagi?" She asked.

"Y-Yeah." Wow she was pretty strong to carry a full grown guy like himself. He looked down and squeaked, covering himself. "Towel please?"

Asuna's response at seeing Negi being grabbed? Starting to sprint forward before vanishing...

...then reappearing right next to the two, arm outstretched as she grabbed Negi from the other side!

"Let my sensei go RIGHT NOW...or you'll WISH I'd sent you flying through the wall of the bathhouse!"

Mindy was about two seconds away from punching the girl in the mouth, buts he could see SHE was a fast one too. Even so, she had no right to act like she was the bad guy. She was pissed enough that she flung the towel at Negi's head without batting an eye. Nakedness was secondary to pissed offness.

"I'll send YOU flying, you violent freak!" She retorted. "You're the one who was trying to drown him in the first place!"

Splat went the towel as he exclaimed in a muffled voice, "Please stop tugging on me! I am not a rag doll!"

"Poor Aniki, tugged between two girls," sighed Chamo theatrically.

Anyone who would see this would probably be laughing their ass off as a couple of girls fought over the fairly well muscled guy.

"Because he was acting like you are right now - a BAKA!" Asuna snapped loudly. "Even so, he's MY baka, and he's my partner so let him go right now while I'm still feeling generous!"

"Ok, I don't know what the heck a baka is, but since he's acting like an ok guy and you're acting like a nutcase, I'm sticking with baka!"

She tugged back. "And no way am I letting you get him. You'll probably try to drown the guy again! Now find something else to do besides picking fights with ten year olds you...you monkey!"

Oh man, this was like Asuna vs Ayaka 2.0. Negi really wanted to get away but this was getting out of hand. At least it was mostly harmless.

OW! Well okay, harmless to THEM.

A vein appeared on Asuna's face at hearing the other girl's response, tugging back rather hard on her sensei before getting up close and personal.

"Please! Even I know my limits on how much he can take, but I'm more than willing to find out how much a bakayarou like YOU can take if you don't let him go!"

Here, Mindy pulled back. "If you thinking talking in secret code is going to make me scared, it isn't! And now that I know what a violent freak you are, there's no way I'm letting him near the likes of you!"

Seriously, she WOULD look for this girl later if this didn't stop. Just because she might not win in a fight didn't mean she didn't know how to fight dirty.

Negi knew he had to do something. He really had to do something. So he did the first thing that came to him.

"Haaaa-CHOOO!" A mighty gust of wind tore him free from their grip and he bounced once. Sniffling, he exclaimed, "Dat's nuff! I'm okay, really!"

Getting up and wrapping a towel around his waist, he groaned. "Asuna-san, I'm sorry but we really are in the Co-Ed and I'm sorry for being, well naked."

He then turned over to Mindy and sighed. "Sorry about that, but Asuna-san really does care. She's just, well, prone to violence. Directed towards me. Sorry."

Asuna would've been more than willing to accept Negi's apology if she hadn't glanced over at the other girl post-sneeze and realized something that got her rather upset again...

"Wait a second...! How come her clothes weren't ripped to shreds like mine always are, baka Negi?!! Do you LIKE humiliating me and having me practically naked in front of you every time your nose gets tickled?!!"

Well, this was actually a plus. There was temporarily nude Negi, who had actually escaped them both, which she counted as a win anyway, and it managed to piss off the girl.

"Well maybe he likes me a little better than a certain hag trying to drown him," she replied, sticking out her tongue. "I'm certainly not going to give him a strip show every time he sneezes. I have class."

Oh, it was mean, but as she couldn't fight as Mindy, that didn't mean she couldn't fight dirty.

"I don't mean anything of the sort!" protested Negi. "Asuna-san, c'mon! I just wanted to preserve some modesty. I only aimed the sneeze away from both of you so I could slip out of you two playing tug-of-war with my arms!"

Grumbling, he got up, rubbing his forehead. "Please, just calm down a little Asuna-san." And turning to Mindy, he sighed. "It's a history thing, but I've gotten better at the whole sneeze thing."

"Hmph!" Asuna frowned deeply while crossing her arms over her breasts, somewhat in disbelief that Negi wouldn't come to her defense after everything they'd gone through.

"Better than being a perverted weirdo who only thinks she has class but really has none at all!"

"Least I don't go running around naked from sneezing," Mindy shot back. "And you have some nerve calling a ten year old a pervert, look at you! Why are you so clingy to a ten yea old anyway, since he's only your teacher? You're the one that's the violent weirdo!"

Call HER a pervert! Well, Hit Girl kind of was, but she wasn't!

"Oh my god," exclaimed Negi, burying his face in his hands. "Just... please... don't fight you two. I don't think I could deal with this."

"I for one don't mind a little cat fight," remarked Chamo with an open leer from Mindy's shoulder.

"STAY OUT OF THIS, PERVY ERMINE!" Asuna responded with a quick, blink-&-you'll-miss right punch to Mindy's shoulder the second Chamo got into view.

"You obviously have a hearing problem, perverted weirdo - I'm more than just his student! We're partners, and I protect him from all the bad things that happen to him!"

"Hey, you shut up," Mindy warned, and with the punch, Mindy slipped, just once. Her fist made contact with Asuna, not so much because she wanted to, but because it was a reflex, and knocked the girl aside.

"In that case, maybe someone should protect him from you," she said, her eyes dancing. "Keep your hands to yourself sicko!"

She had actually not wanted to do this, and in truth would have preferred to exchange heated arguments, but Hit Girl reaction time had popped up first, and it wasn't like she could say sorry.

But since she was Mindy, she COULD just get up and leave, more pissed that she'd slipped up than anything. What was she going to do if she couldn't keep her two identities separate?

"I'll see you later Negi!" She called. "Eat dirt, crazy girl!"
