It's The Final Countdown

This was it. Endgame. The crux of the battle, the turning point, those crucial moments that would decide if the crew won or lost, that would decide if the Ohm would reign victorious or go running with their chitinous tails between their legs.

Did the crew have enough grit to win? Could they defeat a full Ohm fighting force?

With the flagging confidence of the GIA forces, it'd be up to the crew to turn the tide.

And one of the crew would pay the ultimate price to make sure the others walked away alive.

[ooc: everything is up!]

Sam was scrambling. He needed to get these people out of here. But first he needed a secure path to do so. They were taking too much of a pummeling to be able to do it safely. "Miranda! I need you to be ready to cover the whole tent if this shield goes down! Everyone! If there's anyone that has been treated and has their strength, if you can fight, we need you outside. Staff, all stabilized patients need to be prepped for evac at the next opportunity! We need to move!"

At that point the gateway that had been set up across the to the side of the tend sprang to life once more, the crystals glowing brightly as the portal interface coalesced before clearing to a view showing the hub aboard ship, an Elven figure stepping back through the gate and sweeping her gaze across the hectic scene within the tent, catching Sam's orders to his staff.

"I have an open portal to the ship for those whom require immediate Evacuation," She said quickly as she stepped over to him, indicating the portal through which she had stepped.

(OOC: Hope you don't mind Celena here, otherwise can delete if you'd rather!)

(I don't mind at all! 8D)

Celena's arrival would have brought a smile to Sam's face if he wasn't so stressed. "I'm glad to see you," he told her breathlessly. "Anyone on the left wall is ready to go," he told her. "If you could start escorting people through?" The tone he used was a question, but he didn't really expect her to do anything different. He turned toward a group of GIA nurses, orderlies, and assistants, and gave them the same orders. It didn't really matter what their feelings may be in listening to Sam, because they didn't have the time to argue.

Soon, there was a line of gurneys headed toward the portal. Once that seemed under control, he turned to stabilizing new patients as they came in.
