It's The Final Countdown
This was it. Endgame. The crux of the battle, the turning point, those crucial moments that would decide if the crew won or lost, that would decide if the Ohm would reign victorious or go running with their chitinous tails between their legs.
Did the crew have enough grit to win? Could they defeat a full Ohm fighting force?
With the flagging confidence of the GIA forces, it'd be up to the crew to turn the tide.
And one of the crew would pay the ultimate price to make sure the others walked away alive.

Protect the med-tents
Could this fresh surge in enemies be stopped before it was too late?
Re: Protect the med-tents
So far, it seemed like this set might not be too bad, but one may never know...
Re: Protect the med-tents
Khaji Da was already providing advice, schematics, suggested weaponry. And for once, he listened. For once, he unleashed the power he was so careful to keep restrained. Here, it was the Ohm or the injured, the helpless or the great enemy that had destroyed so much.
For once, he had no choice.
Re: Protect the med-tents
The horde below looked like it needed a good blasting.
"We can't let them reach the shields! Charging like that, they might break right through!"
Re: Protect the med-tents
--they dove.
For Toothless, the exhilarating drop was second only to the bugs in his sight, a hot blast of fire erupting from his jaws as they swept in.
Re: Protect the med-tents
"We need to take down that Tank!" He yelled across the open air towards Hiccup, hoping the dragon-riding viking would hear him.
Mind another dragon + young draconian in here?
"We cannot allow them to reach the shield, take what targets you can," Crucible called back over the wind to the Draconian upon his back not a moment before he took a sudden deep breath before letting loose a searing beam of concentrated light straight over the Tank's back, wounding the beast, giving the far more agile dragon to take it down as the Bronze swept up and banked around in preparation of taking another shot across the horde.
the more the merrier!
He patted his dragon's neck. "Toothless, let's go in for another run!"
kldfngsk sorry my life I can't
They opened again at the sound of Hiccup's voice, and he snapped out his wings, correcting sharply and sweeping back towards the tents, eyes fixed on the cracked tank. He opened his mouth to blast a second shot of fire, aimed right for that shell.

It might be tougher to fight the ones that were such a great deal larger, but he had his skills and his weapons to help fend them off and provide support for the others. And he knew where he could lend a hand, able to hear the calls of the others.
"Incoming," he gritted out to no one in particular, angling a plastic explosive into the air-- below the dragons and into the shell of the Tank, right into the spot they were aiming for.

Re: Protect the med-tents
"I have an open portal to the ship for those whom require immediate Evacuation," She said quickly as she stepped over to him, indicating the portal through which she had stepped.
(OOC: Hope you don't mind Celena here, otherwise can delete if you'd rather!)
Re: Protect the med-tents
Celena's arrival would have brought a smile to Sam's face if he wasn't so stressed. "I'm glad to see you," he told her breathlessly. "Anyone on the left wall is ready to go," he told her. "If you could start escorting people through?" The tone he used was a question, but he didn't really expect her to do anything different. He turned toward a group of GIA nurses, orderlies, and assistants, and gave them the same orders. It didn't really matter what their feelings may be in listening to Sam, because they didn't have the time to argue.
Soon, there was a line of gurneys headed toward the portal. Once that seemed under control, he turned to stabilizing new patients as they came in.
