Ca-chick! Sure, maybe cameras weren't meant to make that noise. The ones she was used to had been more of a puff of air, a soft click, and then a bright flash of light when the bulb went off. This still had the flash, if it didn't always go, and some option that recorded video. Armed with a new toy she could actually sort-of almost work, Sakura was ready for action.
Which was turning into a day alternating between work and getting around the ship with her camera, taking snapshots of just about any- and everything. She was out by the Great Wall, in the Art Hall, slipping through various parts of the City, and even trying for some reason or another to document the Mess Hall and Medical Labs. Then there was the time she was sitting out by the railroad tracks, waiting for the train to come by, or pacing outside the Atori Teahouse looking for the best angle for a shot of the place.
Beware, crew members, should her path cross with yours, you may be next!
Ca-chick! Flash!
If it's not all that intimidating...
"Not again!"
... Considering she just half-blinded herself after accidentally setting a five second timer and turning the camera around to see why it wasn't taking the picture she was aiming for.
[ ooc: Excuse for photographic and/or video evidence of people running around as children? Say it ain't so, Jack, say it ain't so! I mean, there's lots of other things to photograph as well! ]

Curiosity got the better of her and she ran over to see what was wrong. "A-Are you okay?"
no subject
"Smile?" she said, holding up the camera again. Hopefully she'd turned off the timer, or else this whole picture thing got a lot more exciting and chancy.
no subject
"Sure!" she said, offering her a big smile. It had been awhile since she'd taken a picture.

It was then that she noticed the bright flash and the voice, so she set out to investigate. Peeking out of a window, she noticed Sakura and tilted her head curiously, still nibbling on her candy.
"What'cha doin'?" came the small sweet voice of the half breed kiddie.

If that'd make sense. "It's not working like I was expecting it to." Would she really need to try and read that manual again? Maybe even finish it this time? "What about you? What're you up to?"
no subject
"No better way to get the hang'o stuffs than tryen. Trial and trib... trab... truba... tirebulatioms." she said finally, butchering the word.

Which is possibly why he was posing for the camera.
"Hyaaa ha ha ha ha! That's right! Drink it in!"

"Sure, something like that. Look, can you just stay like that for a little longer?" She redirected the camera back around to face Zetta. Now, what had she pressed last time before she hit the 'take picture' button?

So far, she had little more than a green, glowing sphere of magic in her hands, and it was rather tiny.
She blinked, the light fading as she turned to look over at the strange pink haired woman. "Are you alright?"
no subject
She lowered the camera, feeling a bit sheepish. Technology really should be more user friendly, in her currently far from humble opinion. "I didn't mean to disturb you."

Now? If there was a dog anywhere around, the poor unsuspecting canine would be getting some 'dinner'. Unfortunately for Jamie, there's not, so he's just prodding the mass and hoping it mysteriously vanishes. Or that a distraction appears...like Haruno.
The exclamation works well enough, getting to turn around and look at her, albeit in a rather confused sort of way.
"Hey? What do ye mean, 'Not again'?"
no subject
Presuming the one talking to her knew anything about cameras. Sakura did, just not this kind. Digital cameras were a far cry removed from the box-style cameras more commonly in use back home.

He's not at all sure what that's supposed to be, but she's got that thing she's waving around, and he peers at it thoughtfully. It made some light, didn't it? He's seen lightning and that flashes in a similar sort of way. Maybe it's something like that. "Is that wee box that ye you're waving around there?"

He might be mostly hidden by the tree's leaves, but the giggling he made at Sakura's misfortune would have quickly given him away, if she wasn't already aware of his presence.

She looked up, quirking up an eyebrow when she caught sight of Marco. "Nope," she said. "Just a little monkey. Planning on hanging around up there all day?"

In fact, it looked more like the cameras Pakkun or Kara-chan would talk about. Instantly-satisfied, no time in the darkroom required.

"Do you work with cameras? You sound more familiar with them than I am, at any rate."
