Ca-chick! Sure, maybe cameras weren't meant to make that noise. The ones she was used to had been more of a puff of air, a soft click, and then a bright flash of light when the bulb went off. This still had the flash, if it didn't always go, and some option that recorded video. Armed with a new toy she could actually sort-of almost work, Sakura was ready for action.

Which was turning into a day alternating between work and getting around the ship with her camera, taking snapshots of just about any- and everything. She was out by the Great Wall, in the Art Hall, slipping through various parts of the City, and even trying for some reason or another to document the Mess Hall and Medical Labs. Then there was the time she was sitting out by the railroad tracks, waiting for the train to come by, or pacing outside the Atori Teahouse looking for the best angle for a shot of the place.

Beware, crew members, should her path cross with yours, you may be next!

Ca-chick! Flash!

... Considering she just half-blinded herself after accidentally setting a five second timer and turning the camera around to see why it wasn't taking the picture she was aiming for.

She smiled, waiting for a moment to see if this young woman would say anything more. When she didn't immediately, Sakura decided to take her version of initiative. "I'm glad. My struggling with technology should really only bother me, huh?" She offered her a hand for shaking. "My name's Ha-- Sakura Haruno."

Einhart blinked, before holding out her hand to take the other girl's in a handshake. "My name's Einhart Stratos. It's nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you as well, Ms. Stratos. Have you worked with cameras before?" It was a shot in the dark, but she may be able to help. People came from all kinds of backgrounds on this ship.

Einhart shook her head. "Not particularly. Most camera functions on my world are done with less specialized devices now. Or at least they were..."

Sakura registered the past tense, feeling part of herself quietly acknowledge that this was how the story supposedly went for all of them. So many destroyed worlds... "Less specialized? The camera function is part of a tool that works for multiple things?"

Einhart nodded. "Most communication devices have camera functions now, same with other forms of devices like Intelligent Devices."

"I haven't heard of anything like that before. What's an Intelligent Device?"

Einhart looked over at her. "It's... something from my world. Makes doing magical spells easier. I don't have one myself, although my friend Vivio and her parents do..."

"Vivio who spends time in the Media Library?" Sakura was thankful to Vivio for having started her on the right path to using the Media Library itself.

Einhart just nodded.

"She helped show me how to use the Media Library back after I pod popped. Magic's fairly common on your world?"

Einhart nodded. "Yes, it is."

"Can't say the same for my world. Magic is right out, along with higher technologies. Or more redundant ones, in your case." She held up the camera again, frowning.

"Smile?"

Einhart blinked, before forcing a smile to her face. "Okay."

Sakura had a feeling this would be one of those awkward photographs. Not as bad as Naruto's first, from what she'd learned years after the fact.

Stilted smile or not, Sakura shot Einhart one of her own with a more sincere feeling as she pressed the button down.

Flash! Ca-chick!

One more memory into virtual storage!

Well, okay, the photo was taken. So umm... what now Sakura?

She had no idea. Yet then she did! "Do you want to see how it came out?"

Einhart blinked. "Alright..."

Sakura switched camera settings, waiting to make sure she brought up the recent image files. Once they were displaying on the back screen, she approached Einhart and turned the camera around to let her see the image of herself captured minutes before. "Came out pretty decently, I think!"

Einhart smiled. It did look pretty good... "That's good..."

She smiled again, turning the camera off... and then sighing. "It'd be nice if I could get them off the camera one day."

Einhart blinked. "Doesn't it have some way to connect to the other devices on the ship?"

Sakura had no idea. "Possibly? I honestly don't know. Besides, wouldn't that just be showing the same thing on a different screen? You still can't really walk away with that."

She paused. "Can you?"
