Ca-chick! Sure, maybe cameras weren't meant to make that noise. The ones she was used to had been more of a puff of air, a soft click, and then a bright flash of light when the bulb went off. This still had the flash, if it didn't always go, and some option that recorded video. Armed with a new toy she could actually sort-of almost work, Sakura was ready for action.

Which was turning into a day alternating between work and getting around the ship with her camera, taking snapshots of just about any- and everything. She was out by the Great Wall, in the Art Hall, slipping through various parts of the City, and even trying for some reason or another to document the Mess Hall and Medical Labs. Then there was the time she was sitting out by the railroad tracks, waiting for the train to come by, or pacing outside the Atori Teahouse looking for the best angle for a shot of the place.

Beware, crew members, should her path cross with yours, you may be next!

Ca-chick! Flash!

If it's not all that intimidating...

"Not again!"

... Considering she just half-blinded herself after accidentally setting a five second timer and turning the camera around to see why it wasn't taking the picture she was aiming for.

Marco was silent for a moment, expecting the traditional response. Finally, he got fed up with waiting. "You're meant to say 'who's there'?" he said, scowling.

"I am?" It clicked about then. "You know Marco, if this is another Earth specific thing, I won't know what I'm meant to do. Now that I do, want to try again?"

She shifted one hand to her hip, raising an eyebrow. Go on. Knock.

"Everyone knows Knock Knock jokes," Marco said, rolling his eyes. But he still started the joke again.

"Knock knock."

Brat. "Who's there?" Sakura asked dutifully, waiting for the punchline to this bizarre set-up.

"Wendy!" Marco said.

This probably wasn't what Sakura was expecting.

Sakura blinked. That was it? Another reference she wasn't understanding because she wasn't from Earth? Sounding genuinely confused, she asked, "Wendy who?"

"Wendy the last time you took a bath?" Marco said prompted, before grinning and dissolving into a fit of giggles.

Both her eyebrows shot up before she snorted. Aah, so the whole thing was a set up to word-play. Really bad word-play, but she guessed it was appropriate for his age... and planet. "Ha-ha, I'm sure that's a question you get all the time from your mother."

Marco just poked his tongue out at her again, in a stunning display of maturity.

"Knock knock," he said again. Hey, she'd listened to one joke already! So clearly, this meant he now had to tell another one.

If all he knew were knock knock jokes, she wasn't sure if this was preferable to him at any older age. Possibly it was.

At least she got the Wendy joke, once it was over. "Who's there?"

He'd just skipped back to the beginning. Sakura's eyes narrowed slightly. "Who's there?"

"Does this have a point?" she muttered, largely rhetorical. "Who's there?"

He looked entirely too pleased with himself. "Banana who?" she repeated with a sigh.

It was like it would never end...

Just like Tsunade's paperwork! This time, her 'appropriate' response was starting to sound downright suspicious. "Who's there?"

But what's this? Marco was saying something different?

"Orange!"

Lies and slander! Only he was in fact saying something different. Sakura's response is near instant. "Orange who?"
