Mingling at the Bazaar

Next to the Mall Hotel, a large bazaar sprawled out through the streets. Food stalls, jewelery stalls, plastic surgery stalls...might want to stay away from that last one. But since the bizaar was close by, it served as a good place for the crew to meet up and start their exploration of XaXing.

[[ooc: This is just a general mingling post guys, so jump in and start threads, tag into other people's, whatever you want!]]

While passing by, Chase slows down, eying the selection. Firearms, at least, he knows.
"Hey, I've got the rifles, but some of the more delicate pieces ain't in such good condition anymore. You wouldn't happen to have a laser scope modular enough to attach to most mil-spec bodies, a silencer, a gunpowder scale, and a firearms repair kit in good condition?"

He at least hopes that demonstrating that he knows his way around firearms and the repair will suggest he knows what he's doing enough to not take shoddy goods. Street dealers aren't always the most reliable, after all.

"Gun kits aren't firearms accessories? Ok, whatever. How much? And only buying them if I can inspect them first. Decent goods only. Otherwise, make an offer."

Chase inspects the merchandise carefully, handling the pieces with surprising care. Guns and accessories he knows. "Yep." he agrees readily as he makes sure the items are of good quality before he pays for delicate rifles parts. He glances only briefly at the pad, looking for round, easy numbers, or at least the first digit.

Quality, delicate rifle parts are rare and important enough that he doesn't struggle that much over the price or try to haggle as long as the first number looks reasonable. He likely ends up paying a little more than the asking price via being really bad at counting and math - but assumes the merchant won't mind any getting a small 'tip', so long as the parts pass inspection.
