Whistle While You Work [Open]
Rein had made the announcement. While she had plenty of fabric left, read: enormous piles, she was also excited at the prospect of making outfits for everyone for this event. And also, she had made an extra note that anyone who was participating in Miss Stacy could come get something made up as well.
She was flitting around, carrying stacks of cloth and hoping the first customer would walk in.

"Hey, Rein," he said as he entered.

He reached into the pocket of his hoodie and pulled out a rough sketch (http://wii.ign.com/dor/objects/748546/final-fantasy-crystal-chronicles-wii/images/final-fantasy-crystal-chronicles-crystal-bearers-20090417102420885.html) he'd done, combining different design elements from home. "Something like this, maybe?"

She giggled at that. "Come on, what colors do you want it in?"

Things he was quickly learning: When it came to trying to impress girls, it was easier just to ask other girls for advice. And try not to let on about too much if he could help it.

But mostly she was here to get something for Alessa. The two of them were definitely cute enough to warrant having something besides the plantsuits to wear around the ship, and she enjoyed outfitting friends, casual acquaintances, and hapless passerby when sufficiently bored. And Alessa, who was apparently quite unused to these things, was a golden opportunity to indulge.
She arrived with the other demon by gate, stepping literally from the shadows in the back of the shop, the perfect entrance for a show-off like Evangeline. More significantly she was in her adult form, as yet unseen on the ship... she intended to use it for the masque, so she would need to be in it to have her dress designed and measured, wouldn't she?

She approached this place, like Evangeline, with a bit of flourish, appearing from the floor. She looked around the place suspiciously, as if she were expecting an attack at any point in time, and she looked at Evangeline.
"What do we do now?"
no subject
No one did. That's why rogues were so stealthy.

"A monster out of sight fills every shadow," Evangeline quipped in response to the greeting. Normally she was more direct, but... when she was in this form it made her feel like playing to her reputation. Even if she didn't actually have that reputation, here. "And only ever appear for the unwary."
She smirked and circled around Rein, placing herself between the device and the exit, in a rather predatory fashion. Yes, beside those brief interludes with Anya and the boy she hadn't had a chance to do this in years and she was playing the queen-of-the-night thing to the hilt.
But unfortunately they had come her for business and Alessa's question made it impossible to keep up the act at full force and see whether she could make the little shopkeep nervous even in such a diverse and magic-rich environment as the ship.
"She is a tailor, so you should discuss with her what kind of clothing you want and for what purpose yourself." Evangeline was more than ready to offer her own opinion on specifics, of course, but she'd see what they came up with first.

But she was here now, and not without a little excitement over being able to pick an outfit out for Hayate. Knight's armor aside it was usually the other way around...
"Sister?"
no subject
No sense letting the outfit Hayate and her picked out for her come to light YET.
no subject
She said so quite plainly, even though it was a fairly intimate sort of game to play. She wasn't very conscious of it; she just enjoyed doing such things as she thought Hayate would enjoy.

And she held out several rolls of cloth.
