Whistle While You Work [Open]

Rein had made the announcement. While she had plenty of fabric left, read: enormous piles, she was also excited at the prospect of making outfits for everyone for this event. And also, she had made an extra note that anyone who was participating in Miss Stacy could come get something made up as well.

She was flitting around, carrying stacks of cloth and hoping the first customer would walk in.

"That does sound like a good idea," Devlin admitted. He hadn't been able to figure out any costume himself yet.

"Wow, what's this?" he asked, pulling out an elaborate samurai helmet (http://www.luxury-insider.com/Current_Affairs/img/0208-TorabaSamuraiArmor12-420.jpg). Of course, when he put it on, it easily dwarfed his head.

"A helmet," Nura says with a wry smile. When Devlin takes the helmet and puts it on, she brings a hand to her mouth and giggles into it. He looks a little ridiculous with that large helmet obscuring face. "I think it's a little too big for you to wear, though."

Devlin balked at the "Erio look." It was a little too, well, girly for his taste.

"Yeah, definitely not that."

He looked around and saw something...that actually looked pretty good for Nura. "Hey, what do you think of this for you?" he asked, pointing at a masked swordswoman costume (http://www.spirithalloween.com/product/female-zoro-m/).

Nura looks around and at the costume. A coltish grin sets her lips. "I think I'd displace some masculinity in that outfit." Not to mention, there would be a little too much cleavage showing with the neckline dip of the blouse. And there's no telling what would happen if that one strap slipped and...

She turns to a rack of clothes and spots an interesting looking ninja costume. And don't boys like ninjas? "How about this?" (http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac247/writesonthesly/Misc%20Icons/Kids-Black-Ninja-Halloween-Costumes.jpg?t=1285731584)

"That looks great!" Devlin agreed. Simple, there was something to be said for the basic black. And probably for the prop sword that went with it. "Plus, it comes with its own mask!"

"Well I'm still looking," Nura says, draping the ninja costume over one arm and continuing to look through the rack of costumes. She pushes back costume on hangar after costume on hangar, before she comes across an interesting interesting little number. (http://www.safebooru.org/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=365402)

Devlin had already taken the toy sword--that had completely sealed the deal for him--and was swinging it a little haphazardly when he saw what Nura was looking at.

"That looks great!" he said.
