Rein had made the announcement. While she had plenty of fabric left, read: enormous piles, she was also excited at the prospect of making outfits for everyone for this event. And also, she had made an extra note that anyone who was participating in Miss Stacy could come get something made up as well.

She was flitting around, carrying stacks of cloth and hoping the first customer would walk in.

Devlin knew that besides the party, he could also use another set of clothes for nicer occasions, or at least for when he was hanging out with Hikari. But the party? Definitely something he was looking forward to.

"Hey, Rein," he said as he entered.

"Devlin hi!" exclaimed Rein as she set down a stack of cloth. "Come to get something done up for normal or is this for something special?"

Mommy!"Hayate-chan~!" Rein declares with both fists in the air as a sign of glee. "Come to get a dress made up or something cosplay-y?"

Nura enters in her laundry day ensemble of shorts, tank-top, and flip-flops. She has her hands on her hips as she looks about the shop, appraising the merchandise with an arched brow and an appreciation for color and fashionable taste.

"Hmm, well," She looks coyly thoughtful for a moment~ "I do hear that there's some sorta talent show comin' up, but right now I'm here about the ball. Well, and to see you o' course~"

"Hehe," giggled Rein as she considered the gown. "Something long and elegant... with glass slippers perhaps?" she said with a little grin. "Or something sleek and revealing but tasteful?"

"Nuraaaaa~!" exclaimed Rein, hugging the woman with all of her tiny might would allow. "You've come for the ball, or the talent show or both?"

"Mmm, well, you're other half made a nice suggestion~ I'd pick her dress and she'd pick mine."

"So definitely the latter."

Rein giggled and it was a little maniacal as she zoomed over to a long soft blue cloth. "I'm thinking of using this," said Rein with a grin. "Low cut, spaghetti straps and slit up the sides. What do you think?"

"Mmmm, I'm not... merciless. Why don't we give'er legs some coverage? Maybe somethin' cute an' poofy?"

"But then go strapless."

"Nice color though." She rubs her chin with one hand, reaching out to ruffle Zwei's hair with the other.

Rein grinned at that. "Okay, how about a full skirt like you find in Disney movies? Something full, swooshy, but with the shoulders bare?"

Rein's grin was full and amused. "Okay, lets go with the level of fancy we find in say, Belle's outfit. Off the shoulder, strapless, full skirt, gloves too I'd think."

"Definitely gloves~" She rocks her shoulders back and forth, full of excited energy. "Do y'know what Nanoha and Fate are wearin', by the way?"

"I actually don't know," pouted Rein as she folded her small arms across her tiny chest. "They haven't come to me asking for it, but they might have picked up something on Zokez. But that was a long time ago."

"Hmmm, well, no matter how you look at it, it'd make a nice gift~" The both of them crossed their arms, though Hayate looked more plotting thoughtful. "Nanoha would be most happy with somethin' that brought out Fate's eyes, I'd bet... and Fate's pretty much the same way..."

"And it would be a chance to get Fate-chan out of something that isn't all black too," remarked Rein with a sage nod. "Though I do like her little black dresses. Maybe something with an accenting sash like a red Chinese dragon inscribed along it?"

"Mmm, I think a deep texas rose might really bring out her eyes, though~"

"Ooooooh that would be nice," exclaimed Rein as she flitted over for material to match the shade of a Texas rose. "on the waist or shoulder?"

"Hmmmm, well, what do you think? Maybe you're more experienced at this than even me, now, Zwei."

"I'm thinking run a sash down the front, accented in gold with the flower at the waist," remarked Rein as she drew her finger across the dummy she used to fit stuff onto. "Or we could do the reverse, and pin the flower up on her shoulder, and then have the material flop off the shoulder."

She just lights up deviously thinking about it. "It all sounds so good... hmmm, Nanoha's has to be matching to her somehow~ Wouldn't that be cute?"

"Normal for now," Devlin said, grinning. "See, I kind of want another outfit, something I could wear for nicer occasions."

"Something like this, maybe?"

"Hey," he said. "You weren't going to look for costumes without me, were you?"
