Sooo...Meet-y

The rest of the crew assembled on the Observation Deck to meet the latest editions to their number. After the recent revelation, many of them were even more eager to see people they knew from home.

Brainiac 5 and Sensor were set up near the doors to provide the new people with omnicoms and comm rings.

There's a lot to tell the new people. It's going to be a lot to take in.

"Are you all right, miss?"

This old man has such an air of harmless congeniality that it would seem almost preposterous to suspect him of wanting to do anything but be genuinely helpful.

Rikku looked to the elderly man speaking to her, giving her head a shake. "Not right now," she admitted, "But I will be, eventually." She gives a small smile and a nod, flexing the fingers around her dagger handles.

Mr. Wednesday's gaze slides down (and across Rikku just barely quickly enough to not assume less-than-pure intent) and settles on the daggers she's carrying.

"That's an interesting amount of ornamentation for such simple weapons," he comments. "It seems more awkward than just using a basket hilt would be."
