Phase 2 - Running the Ratrace
You have my sincerest apologies, but I have my mission.
The traps start. Rotating blades coming out of the walls and floors and ceilings, jets of fire, lasers, holographic enemies. The clear walls of the maze let them see what's happening to everyone else.
The traps start, and they have to stay alive despite them. If they stop avoiding them, it's their own fault, you see, if they die. That makes it indirect enough for Stacy's Anti-harming-the-crew protocols to be avoided, as Hal, despite his reprogramming, still has to follow some constraints.
Please commence with killing yourselves by being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The only chance the group has is if they work together to stay alive, and somehow they have to take out the shield projectors creating the maze even though they themselves are shielded...
[ooc: Cooperation is key, people. Hal can only adapt to one power/skill-set at a time, not all of them.]

As if self-replicating killer robots weren't enough, several compartments on the robots' "bodies" slide open and eight metallic tentacles emerge, each topped with a weapon. Saws, drills, massive spear-like needles, spiked clubs, and beam weapons topped with angry looking bayonets are just part of the deadly arsenal they now have to contend with.

So Katara started by using her octopus hands first to dash said robots against the wall, exercising force that she never would have if she'd been facing human beings. She made sure to keep them at bay as much as she could: Danny was intangible, but the others weren't.
She shoved a handful back at fired at them with a few ice shards before doubling back over to Danny. She had an idea of what to do, but she wondered if it would actually work.

Sokka is managing to hold his own, but just barely. He's parrying desperately at each attack, manages to dart to one side and slice off one tentacle. Okay, one down, five to go. This...not gonna be easy. He slides towards Katara, drawing the warrior towards her flailing water arms.
"Katara! A little help?" He calls out, parrying yet another slice at his face from a vicious looking blade.

She turned to the growing robot army. "I'll handle these guys. Please, just do it quickly!"
She knocked one of the parrying robots from Sokka, just so her brother had some cover. "Get to Danny!" She said urgently.

He ran to Katara and stood next to her, vibrating slightly. "I can help you."

She kept an eye on her shield gauge, drawing back just long enough for it to recharge everytime it fell below half, before dashing forward again. Seeing Booth struggling however, she blurs, kicking one robot out of the way, sending it smashing into a wall so that she can get into position behind the man.
"Danny! I we need you over here! Impulse, fall in! Stick together people or we'll be overwhelmed!"

"So, any plans besides keep taking them out until they finally wear us down?:

"First order of business is to get out of here. We're too closed off and under-manned. I can carry you all. If Danny can keep us intangible, you think you can get us out of here?"
She didn't turn to look as she spoke, but kept firing into the robots. "And we'll need to do this fast."

"Sounds like a plan, but running through the robots may not work like planned. We'll need an opening, just to be safe."
Pausing again, she checked the ammo in her rifle and her extra mags. Eight left. The way this was going, it didn't look like it would be enough. "I'll get you an opening and hold it open. You and Danny grab the others and get them out. I'll be right behind you."
Pulling a nav marker out of one of her armor's compartments, she held it out to Bart. "Activate that and keep it somewhere on you. It'll show up as a waypoiny on my HUD. You run them out until you're sure you're all clear. I'll be right behind you. Got it?"

What they needed was time.
And Katara would give that to them. Closing her eyes, she breathed, concentrating. The area around them just got colder by a LOT, and now the robots, which were previously moving toweard them with dangerous weapons, were starting to slow in place as they started to become immobile. There was a reason Katara had been asking for them to be intangible a moment before. The cold, after all, was not something everyone was able to take the same way, especially if you were freezing a whole slew of drones. If they wanted an opening, they would have it...and more than just a few seconds worth before regeneration.
"That work for you guys?"

"Wow!" Bart stops next to Katara for a second. "Canyoukeepthemlikethatand do more if more show up?" He's already looking around for who the best person to run out of danger is. Booth's got a leg injury and seems kind of helpless compared to the rest of them. Well, except maybe Sokka. But he's not injured so he can wait. Without waiting for Katara to answer, he's next to Booth.
"HiI'mgonnasaveyourlifenowokay?" He scoops Booth up and starts running, vibrating both of them enough out of sync with the rest of everything to make it through any obstacles (besides the forcefields.)
It takes about a second, maybe less, and Bart puts Booth down gently out of range of the robots. "Youokay?"
