Get you Gone
The meeting is over, the teams have been assigned, the plans have been laid out. It's time to get weapons.
It's time to wish each other luck, and say goodbyes--with the hope that they're only "good bye for now"s.
It's about to get very hairy from here on out.

Guns? Guns are for suckers.
...and emptying her pockets, and emptying her pockets... Damn, that's a lot of stuff.
Odd things like little marbles, baseballs, lengths of chain, assorted jewelry, what looks like at least one sheathed sword, and all kinds of random other things.
"... I have some things I could share," she offers.
[If your character might be interested in something from Roxie's grab bag, post here! She will offer something she thinks will fit your character.]

He crouches next to her to take stock of the items as she lays them out. "Don't suppose you'd happen to have any motion detectors in there?"

"There's this," she says, sorting through the masses of stuff to retrieve a delicate silver chain. "Stretch it taut and it amplifies any noise it hears. If you can stay quiet enough yourself..."

Blink.
"I might have something, but I'd need time to prepare it."

"You look well-prepared," she said.

"Why can your jacket hold so much more than it should be able to?"

Which she's decided without talking to anyone else, apparently. But, then again, there is Katara, and she's the same age...

"...what are you thinking of?" she adds after a few long moments.

"And I didn't have anything particular in mind." Wyn says with a shrug. "Oh! Here are your scissors, by the way." she continues, reaching into her shirt pocket and bringing out the pair of scissors with people issues.

Roxie reaches to carefully take the proferred scissors. "You didn't have any serious problems?"
no subject
"No, they were fine. I mean, my fringe is a little jagged, but besides that there weren't any issues." Wyn says with a shrug. The fact that her bangs are crooked bothers her a little more than it should, though.

"Good. I was a little worried they might be too uncooperative."

She retrieves a small burlap sack silently from the bottom of one of the piles, unwrapping it. Inside is a beautiful, stylized octopus all crafted out of layers of interlocking silver and bronze. Clearly it could support the weight piled on it, but it seems calm and delicate like a flower.

"I have never seen such a creature like this," Arha said thoughtfully. "What is it called, this thing of many arms?"

In Arha's hands, the little sculpture-thing moves fluidly, almost enough for it to slip right out of her hands if she doesn't keep a firm grip.
"I did some of it," Roxie admits. "It was halfway broken when I found it. Mostly it was just reassembly, but I had to replace some of the plates."
If Arha looks close, she can probably see the difference there, towards the middle—a few of the segments are fresher and less weathered than the rest, though they've been exactingly made to match the same measurements and materials.
