Meet-n-Greet

After being released from stasis, having the slime removed from their bodies and clothed in the creepy, pulsing leaf-suit that everyone wore, and being taken to the Weapons & Possessions lockers to collect their belongings, the new arrivals would find themselves standing in the Observation Deck. Round windows lined the fleshy walls, revealing the bright display of lights that was inter-dimensional travel. They would also discover that there were people--members of the command staff and crew that had woken earlier--waiting for them.

Jay's not delicate with his words. Sorry. He's also not worried about anyone attacking her, he's worried about them being scared of her. At this point, though, he sort of figures he should not say that.

"Alright, so you've been here for awhile then?" Jay wants information.

If he had said that, Jeka would point out that she was much less weird than Stacy herself, and that she'd have let one of the more humanoid security people talk to someone who looked "freaked out".

"I was released during the last Podpop," Jeka said, pulling her ignored hand back and crossing her arms. "One of my teammates had been released prior to that, so I was able to swiftly acquire all of the pertinent information." She did need to go out and meet more people, though. The last thing she wanted was everyone thinking that Orandians were like "Princess Projectra".

Ugh.
