Meet-n-Greet

After being released from stasis, having the slime removed from their bodies and clothed in the creepy, pulsing leaf-suit that everyone wore, and being taken to the Weapons & Possessions lockers to collect their belongings, the new arrivals would find themselves standing in the Observation Deck. Round windows lined the fleshy walls, revealing the bright display of lights that was inter-dimensional travel. They would also discover that there were people--members of the command staff and crew that had woken earlier--waiting for them.

Waspinator had flown into the room fully in beast mode, just checking out the various 'fleshy-bots', and seeing if (Primus forbid) there was any he recongnize. He also didn't see any problem with showing up in wasp form.

Sentinel's long range sensors had picked up a new technological signal. It was definitely Cybertronian, but it was distorted. He couldn't make out for certain what it was from long range, so he decided he was going to have to brave the crowd of organics to potentially rescue a fellow technological life-form.

As he drew nearer to the signal however, he only found some many-legged giant organic freakshow. He approached cautiously, lance at the ready. "You there! Cybertronian! Identify yourself... and explain what you're doing in that disgusting alt-mode!"

While Waspinator didn't much care about seeing another Cybertronian much less an Autobot, he stared a little at Sentinel's Autobot symbol and the manner in which he talked.

He sighed. "Slag. Why does nothing good ever happen to Waspinator? What do you want?"

"Waspinator?" Sentinel seems almost livid. "I knew I'd hunt you down sooner or later, you diode-ramming traitor!" He opens his comm-link. "Bumblebee! Report to the Observation Deck immediately for assist in capture of fugitive Decepticon Wasp!"

He arms his shield as well, starting to circle the freakish alt-mode. "Thought you were pretty clever adopting this freak-show of a transformation, I'll bet. Well NO-ONE escapes Sentinel Prime!"

"I'm going to have to say no. Mostly because he probably WANTS ME DEAD."

"Whatever he wants, he's clearly gone mad! His vocal synthesizers are erratic, and he's adopted... I don't know WHAT his alternate form is, but it's no vehicle I've ever seen before." Sentinel growled. "Get your skidplate over here NOW, Autobot! That's an order!"

A pause. "Please?"

"...Uh, you sure that's actually Wasp?"

Sentinel sputtered. "It's a green Cybertronian, a lightweight about your size, with matching vocal signature. Sure he mangled his name to disguise it a bit, but that doesn't matter! Isn't the fact that he wound up in the same place I did after chasing him through the space bridge proof enough? Now get over here!"

"Not really no. I mean, if that was the reason we showed up here, it wouldn't explain why I was here. Besides, there's like thousands of bots that are my size. I've got a pretty popular body-type." Bee may just be trying to avoid having to deal with Wasp.

Waspinator palmed his left arm in exasperation. No he wasn't try to escape the Autobot, why do you ask?

"Waspinator thinks you are not worth the aggravation and frankly? Waspinator gets shot at enough by his own team mates during the Beast Wars. Waspinator just wants to be left in peace!"

"Rrrrr! Smelt you then, Bumbler, if your caution circuits are overriding your courage!"

Sentinel wheels around on the freakshow, bringing his lance to bear. "Prepare to face the bitter taste of justice!" He swings.

Still in Beast Mode, Waspinator tries to dodge and take to the roof.

"You have to catch Waspinator first, Autobot!"

"Whuh... come down here and fight like a bot!" Sentinel stomps his feet angrily, waving his lance over his head.
