System Shock - Fight the Power!
Gods could be too arrogant. Such was the case of SHODAN, who had turned the Pods into a nightmarish zone where she could freely amuse herself and torture those that had come here.
But arrogance breeds pride which breeds mistakes. Instead of killing everyone off, she had decided to do this more slowly – watch them suffer in a slow agony, and, therefore had not expected them to fight back.
It had been a lucky shot, really, one in a million, But one of the people present that day had accidentally shot a tiny, insignificant object. A tiny little drone, that, once it had been the source of the power damper, had fallen. The tables were turned, and the goddess had been forced to retreat from the pods.
Now she was on a panicked mode, not only because some of the other people on the ship had managed to work their way into her system files, using another AI to send pointless images and sounds to her, distracting her from her task, but they knew how they could defeat her and gain their powers back.
It didn't take long for the message to be sent out, as the word quickly spread. Find the tiny little creatures, and shoot them down. SHODAN couldn't work their shields properly and once they were found, it was only a short matter of time before the powers returned to an area.
It would take time, but, finally, the tide of the battle was turning on the side of the crewmen and women. In vain, she was throwing her all; even more strange robot creatures, attacking in packs, but with hope on their side, they could win this...
[OOC - OKay go for it! NPC players, feel free to NPC as many robots as you like. Players, once your powers return, feel free to make as much scrap metal as you like, no need to have people NPC for you if you just want to write tags of them kicking ass.]

Level 1 - Science and Medical Wing Level
Medical: OPEN
All the more reason to snipe down the power dampener for this area as soon as possible. Only one problem with that. Try as he might, searching the air again and again... Morgan still was incredibly bad at spotting things.

Fortunately, this was one of his strengths.
UNfortunately, he didn't have any good ranged attacks without his magic.
The unlucky soul who comes to join him will find themselves about an inch from being hit in the face by a table, as Mar hefts it from the long end with a manic look of determination.

With a huff, Mindfuck pushed herself off the ground, reattached the clipboard that had been hanging on her waist, and retrieved her scattered pistol. It was a shame that there were only so many emotions one could convey without words and actual eyes, but she was still trying her hardest to give Mar a look that said 'what in the actual fuck?'.

Level 4 - City Level
It was going to make for an interesting battle--hey what was that sound of bells in the air?
Open!
Very mad.
After her whole affair with Splicer and seeing the pod deaths, she just wanted to kick SHODAN's ass no matter what. Mitochondria powers or not, Aya had a crowbar in one hand and her gun in the other. That plus the grenades around her belt meant that she was going to find as many power dampers around The City as she could and use pure brute force to disable them. And hopefully collect something that was like scalped robot skulls as keepsakes.
Aya spotted one of the power dampers. Or what seemed to be it anyway. She raised the crowbar over her head and with an all mighty clang, just began thrashing it as best as she could.

ROW ROW FIGHT THE okay no [Open]
Time for some fancy driving.
no subject
Having succeeded in her endeavor to find and deliver corrupted cores to Team Dampen Intelligence, she was content to let the more technologically-inclined crew members to carry on while she put her talents to use elsewhere.
Talents, of course, meaning complete and total robot decimation. Being an ordinary, powerless human gave her an advantage in that she wasn't feeling the effects of Shodan's own dampeners. Fancy running through the city streets it was, picking off robots with a rifle as she went.

Open :D
Keeping his promise to stay away from the front lines, he slipped behind bouts of fighting and snuck into abandoned buildings, this one a small house. It was risky, but he thought it was likely that a damper would be found on a roof or in a crevice, somewhere that would be hard to spot and reach.
With that in mind, Cedric began seeking it out like he would look for a Snitch. Small, hard to spot...not in this room, or in these drawers, but maybe the next one.
Fortunately for him, he was close to a damper. Unfortunately for him, that damper was guarded. He heard the cogs turning and parts whirring seconds before a red light swept across the room, forcing him to hide behind a bookshelf and start shooting clumsily.
In came the SAINT, its mounted laser shooting continuously. Out came the sounds of lasers and bullets, rocking this little house. Cedric just dove, shooting out a first floor window instead of the laser he was aiming for. Another shot hit the body, and with a little more time Cedric could make it!
If he didn't get blasted to death, of course.

Open mainly to those involved in the Splicer post. But anyone welcome to help disarm bombs!
Which to an immensely strong psion like himself meant a massive overload. It literally killed him, at least temporarily. He was just at the edge when his regenerative powers kicked into overdrive.
But he'd be out for a long while...
Which was fortunate, or unfortunate for the crew.
There were still 17 'Care Packages' throughout the City, ready to create heavy damage to the ship. And 5 more where littered around him which he activated before he fell, a final 'fuck you' to the traitor that was the crazy ship, which he still didn't know was a different AI when all of this occurred.
Would his pursuer catch him now that he was prone? Would those that were disarming bombs be able to get the rest? Handy for anyone around, he had mapped out the locations of his care packages on his comm...

The massive dragon had clearly not gone unscathed during the days of fighting, new burns and injuries could be seen all over his form. Even a few holes could be seen in his wings, none that would not heal in time however.

So, beaten and battered and way more marred by battle than anyone would normally have seen her, Rachel was hoisting a rather large gun, and charging and blasting away. It was a learning experience.

Level 5 - Living Area/Command Deck Level
SHODAN knew this level was important and kept the strongest robots patrolling.
Re: Level 5 - Living Area/Command Deck Level
Open
Plasma rifles in each hand, strobes of blue of plasma bolts arching at any robot unfortunate enough to get in his way. Holstered at his thigh armor his energy swords waited ready for use should targets get too close or his rifles run out of charge.
His goals and focus was clear, to secure the Command Deck and destroy any construct that got in his path.
Re: Level 5 - Living Area/Command Deck Level
But Hit Girl didn't say die, and she sure as hell didn't back down from a fight.
With the Overlord in tow, she gazed at the enemies. No match for the Daleks, she knew that much, but MORE than a match for the shark robots and the SAINTS. She looked over at the Overlord.
"If you wanna take down those overgrown trash compactors, be my guest. I'm going for those other guys."

Level 6 - Hangar Level
Rangers together! [closed]
Rangers, meet me in the hangar, Billy had requested over his comm ring. Unsettlingly, the connection to Andy seemed completely dead. If we disable the dampers, we can morph and use our Zords. Get here if you can!
He stood just outside the entrance, defending his position against the swarms of robots inside. They had to move soon.
