Meat n' Greet
The rest of the crew assembled on the Observation Deck to meet the latest editions to their numbers. After the revelation that their worlds are gone, many of them are even more eager to see people they knew from home.
Several people are set up near the doors to provide the new people with omnicoms and comm rings. They are also told they must read information about their current situation and a survival guide with their new omnicom. New crew-mates might see a tall dragonish guy with wings (but don't call him that) and purple girl among their number. There are also several authoritative-looking figures ready to introduce themselves.
There's a lot to tell the new people. It's going to be a lot to take in.
[ooc: Only new characters and Command Staff can start new threads for introductions, to limit the number of threads. Everyone else, just tag in and have your guys greet the newbies.]

He's shouting now, but that is really not very surprising at all.

Alendian returns the fevor. As an Aspect Warrior, she will never be out angered.

His gauntleted hands clench at his sword. And he almost sweeps it at her. Almost.

He turns away from her, staring towards the wall if need be.

Part of his duty here was making sure order was maintained, and this looked like a situation in which it might need some maintaining.

Erhart is almost quivering with anger, his armor's servo-motors sounding more like a growl than a purr, now.

"I don't know what kind of heresy we're talking about here, but I should warn you that the ship will prevent you from fatally injuring any of the crew. And while Violations aren't in effect for minor infractions any more, trying to kill someone isn't exactly minor." He glanced at Alendian. "I'm afraid it'd be my business in any case. Security and all."

"For thirty thousand years your kind harried humanity throughout the stars. Enslaving us, murdering us, annihilating us when you wish. And now that we are strong, because the Emperor has made his knights and sent them out to cleanse the galaxy, you speak of ruthless slaughter?"
He shakes his head. "No. If your people are being destroyed, that is justice. They are simply paying the price for so many centuries of crime."

Okay, Zouichi sort of vaguely understood that first part. Apparently, the Emperor provided some kind of genetic stock for a great many soldiers in his empire. The second part, though... that was something he hadn't heard about. But he still had a job to do. "Unfortunately, you're pretty far from both the rest of the Eldar and the Imperium. And since none of us can kill anyone else here..." Which was something he was actually kind of grateful for, honestly.
"...let's try not to engage in a bunch of name-calling that won't go anywhere. When the Ohm are destroyed, you can try to kill each other all you want. And if one of you get killed in battle, feel free to gloat all you want over the dead body. Meanwhile..." he nodded to Alendian. "Perhaps the Farseer would have a better idea of how to proceed?"
That was code for Alendian, please remember what Farseer Ildraniath said about the temper thing and do not pick a fight with the Spehss Mahreen.

"That's the Eldar for you, always consulting their witches on how to proceed."
no subject
"'Witches'?" Man, this guy talked like someone from the dark ages.

Erhart seems disgusted with the subject matter.
no subject
"Well, I should probably let you know that I consider Farseer Ildraniath a friend. And she doesn't seem particularly possessed to me." No vomiting or crawling on walls or anything.

He looks down at Zouichi, his expression hidden behind his helm, but there is a sadness to his voice, even washed through the harsh augmitters of his helm.

"That one... is he a Kroot?"
no subject
Zouichi glanced at Kang, then back at Erhart. "No, he's a Draconian. And he likes to hear himself talk. So, you know. If you ever wanted to bother someone from the Council."
