Dearly Beloved...

The City didn't have weather as most people knew it, but it was nonetheless a beautiful day - warm weather with a nice breeze, Stacy's sun-equivalent shining in the sky... almost as if it was reflecting the emotions of at least one of the ship's crew. In the middle of the Park, someone had set up a little white lattice archway amongst the hedgerows, decorated with ivy and roses and lilies that looked remarkably real (if they were, in fact, synthetic). In front of the arch were several rows of white chairs, more than enough for anyone who cared to show up.

It was a beautiful day for a wedding.

And frankly, Nanoha needed it. After the chaos and confusion; the rage and terror on Galilee... she didn't think she could ever forget that horrible sense of loss and emptiness when she'd thought that Fate was gone, if only for a day or so. But this would go a long way toward exorcising those demons - a day that she'd dreamed of for years.

Of course, she couldn't go greet anyone yet. She was in her wedding dress, after all! These things needed to be proper.

Wedding time was always one of the more interesting things about life. Superman knew that - happily married to one Lois Lane-Kent. He could sympathize with what they went through to get to this point.

At the moment, he had once again taken the guise of Clark Kent, wearing a nice suit and having his hair combed back. It was probably a matter of time before someone realized who he was. At this point, it probably shouldn't be a problem.

Minatsuki didn't know any of the other people here, but going to the wedding and acting like she cared about all of it and thought it was just so romantic was good for her cover. Until she decided to come out with her true self, she needed to act the part.

She looked around for a place to sit and noticed an empty spot next to Clark. "May I sit here, sir?"

"Hm? Oh, sure. Be my guest." Clark said, making sure to give Minatsuki some room. "You must be new around here, aren't you?"

"Thank you." She sat next to him and nodded in gratitude.

"Yes, sir. I just woke up in the last pod release. My name is Minatsuki Takami."

"Wow, a wedding," said Taichi, dressed in a suit. his unruly hair had yet to be tamed by any force on earth but at least he wasn't say, wearing goggles. Even Agumon was wearing a tuxedo jacket with no pants.

"Hi there!" chirped Agumon at Superman.

Clark couldn't help but be just a bit surprised at the appearance of Agumon. Then again, after what he's seen, a dinosaur in a tux shouldn't be much of a surprise to him.

"Well, it looks like all sorts of people are coming out to see this, huh?"

"Yeah no doubt. I heard there was a wedding so I wanted to come by, give well wishes. Got the suit rush jobbed for Agumon too." said Taichi, pointing at him. "Taichi Yagami, and this is Agumon. I'm Hikari Yagami's older brother."
