Days, Nights, and Everything in Between [Multiple Character - Open]
The City was the area of the ship that was frequented the most. Not only did some of the crew members made their homes there. But a lot of the more pleasurable areas on the ship could be found there as well. It was mostly empty, a ghostly graveyard for many of the buildings from the many worlds that had gotten saved by you lovable ship, Stacy.
The sheer size of the City itself was impressive and yet it wasn't hard to run into someone exploring it, or bump into one of the occupied buildings... Three of it's denizens now found themselves going about their everyday lives on the ship that had become their current home.
[[OOC: Didn't want to clutter up the comm with three posts, but I really wanted to do all of them! So this is a general post and you can go ahead and tag whichever you want to, wherever you want to! There will be an individual tag for each one of them.]]

"Very well, thank you," Daja said politely, before breaking out into a genuinely happy smile. "My sister woke up last pod-pop."

"So what brings ya around the city Daja?" she asked curiously.

She gestured back the way she came, towards Religion Row. "I was visiting Winding Circle Temple - a place from my home," she explained. "I thought I might also take a walk while I was here."
no subject
"Well I was jus' headin' to the arcade, but I can accompany you over before I head to the club! I don't mind."
no subject
"I've never been to this 'arcade' - what is it like?" Daja asked, curious. "Perhaps I will join you there - I'm in no particular hurry at the moment."
no subject
"I've never been to it myself, tho I did visit the building but I only went to the dance floor. My friend Nokosi spent some time with the owner, Splicer. he said it's a lot of fun, so I wanted to check it out. Said it has a lot of video games and such." she smiled once again, bowing her head slightly, "I'd be honored to have your company Daja."

Daja might have been on the ship for a while now, but she'd always gone to places like the media library for research, not to play around with the strange devices. Which did mean that she didn't have a clue about video games or anything like that at all.

"As for video games, they're pretty much like the movies you'd see in the media library, but instead of just watching, you control the character you choose. You go through a series of levels and defeat the obstacles in your way to get to your goal, be it rescuing the princess or defeating the bad guy or whatever else is in the story. Nokosi said they were loads of fun, and I remember Alex was very fond of them." Ronnae smiled, remembering her friend who had gotten podded not much long ago.

Daja listened, frowning slightly as she tried to picture what Ronnae described. "They are like moving pictures that you can control? How do you control them? It is magic?"
no subject
"Well he's not really the musician, more like he chooses the songs. Kind of like a very advanced and technological music box" she added.
"Well it's more mechanical that magic. It's programming, like the kind of code that makes the computers on the ship work. You issue a command through the controller and the character follows. There's all types from what I was told. From adventure games that follow a storyline, to racing simulation games where you can ride an assortment of vehicles."
no subject
"That sounds very complicated," she said. "Are they difficult to play?"
no subject
"Some are, some are really simple, like move your character through a maze and avoid getting hit~ It'll be fun."
no subject
"You'll have to show me some then, perhaps," she smiled.

"The arcade is on the third floor, the club in the first and the lounge on the second." she explained as they walked in.
