Days, Nights, and Everything in Between [Multiple Character - Open]

The City was the area of the ship that was frequented the most. Not only did some of the crew members made their homes there. But a lot of the more pleasurable areas on the ship could be found there as well. It was mostly empty, a ghostly graveyard for many of the buildings from the many worlds that had gotten saved by you lovable ship, Stacy.

The sheer size of the City itself was impressive and yet it wasn't hard to run into someone exploring it, or bump into one of the occupied buildings... Three of it's denizens now found themselves going about their everyday lives on the ship that had become their current home.

[[OOC: Didn't want to clutter up the comm with three posts, but I really wanted to do all of them! So this is a general post and you can go ahead and tag whichever you want to, wherever you want to! There will be an individual tag for each one of them.]]

"Oh, I see," Daja said, trying to remember all of this information. "But those ghosts don't look very much like ghosts. Is that what ghosts are like in other worlds? All bright and colourful?"

Picking up the joystick again, Daja attempted to once again run the maze. This time she did a little better, managing to at least pick up a few pellets before once again a ghost caught the yellow ball.

Daja frowned. "The yellow ball is stealing from the dead?" she said, concerned. She didn't particularly like the idea of that. The dead should be respected, not stolen from.

"He eats the ghosts?!" Daja repeated, horrified. "Is this 'Pac-Man' some kind of demon?"

"Perhaps another one might be better," Daja said, stepping away from the game. So far, she wasn't entirely sure she liked these. This was certainly was just too strange and bizarre.

"These games seem to involve a lot of antagonism," Daja remarked. "Although I don't see how this could allow me to fight monsters. Wouldn't the machine be damaged, if I were to hit it with my staff?"

She peered at the pictures, still frowning.

"So you just tell others to fight?" Daja said, peering at the screen. She looked back at Ronnae and smiled sheepishly.

"Perhaps it would be best if I watched you first," she admitted.

"I thought you said this game involved fighting?" Daja said, confused. "It seems to involve more talking instead. Do you think there's something wrong with all those people? It's not normal for so many to say the same thing. And that would be a very strange order for a King to give indeed."

"How would ordering everyone to say the same thing hide any secrets?" Daja wondered. "I would think that would simply create even more suspicion. But perhaps he is a King lacking in much sense. Do you think he tries to control everything they say?"

She watched Ronnae battle the 'enemies'. The 'xp' made no sense at all to her, simply looking like random numbers to her. "Why would you need to take their hat? Do you not like your own?"

"Perhaps he has passed laws to make sure people only speak well of him," Daja said thoughtfully. She hoped that was not the case - to be placed under such restrictions must be horrible for the people.

"But it belonged to a dead man! It's not right, taking from the dead. And this game wants you to do this?"
fireforger: (Worried)

Daja frowned. "I am not sure I like this kind of game," she said, feeling disturbed.

"Driving?" Daja asked. "Drive what?" All those controls and wheels looked very odd and strange her to. Considering that she had no familiarity with cars at all, it was hard to imagine a game about them. She wondered over to the tennis game - she wasn't familiar with tennis in particular, but at least it looked more sensible than the other one. "Perhaps this one, then? What is this game called?"
