Suddenly, Princess Celestia! [Open]
Celestia had lived a long life, but the past few days were the strangest she had ever experienced. She had awoken from a pod in a strange chamber, only to find herself whisked away to a strange maze soon after.
This maze had had her most concerned - as Princess of all Equestria, she had duties and responsibilities, after all. She could only hope that her sister Luna was managing on her own, and do her best to escape this maze and return to her beloved subjects.
Escape came unexpectedly though, when Celestia found herself suddenly dropped from the mess hall ceiling, where she landed on top of one of the tables with a thud, her hooves sending plates and trays and cutlery flying in all directions. Have a rather elegant pony - or perhaps a horse? - with a long horn on her forehead, graceful wings adorning her back, and a mane and tail that was a multicolour and gravity-defying sight standing on your table, diners, looking rather bewildered.
"Oh! I'm sorry. I hope I didn't ruin your meal," she said, with a chuckle. Then she looked around at her surroundings, her expression turning concerned. "Now this doesn't look at all like Equestria..."

"To judge by its taste it comes ruined, so you may have actually improved my day."

"I am afraid this is going to take quite a bit of explanation. It will all be difficult to believe and hard to hear, but what I am about to tell you is the truth."
He again directed his wand, this time at himself, with an incantation of "Tergeo" to siphon away the slop.

"It's okay, it wasn't very good anyway." Look at that MANE! It's so lustrous! "Where's Equestria?"

She looked around again. "If I may - what land is this? I have never seen architecture like this before."

"...she looks like the other two..." Sakura said. "Ah... i-it's no problem! Really... but, what's a 'Equestria'?"

Applejack had learned very quickly that there was no way she could possibly grow enough of her own food to avoid the dreaded slop. Sure, it was functional, and she was sure glad Miss Stacy didn't let her starve, but would it really hurt to throw in a little spice?
She'd just managed to awkwardly sit herself up on a bench and delicately lick at the mess when the big quake happened, splattering the whole tray right in her face. Of all the things food could possibly do...
When the familiar voice sounded, Applejack was just cleaning her ear with a hoof. It couldn't be...Princess Celestia? The earth pony's eyes blinked once, twice to clean out the slop. That mane couldn't belong to anypony else, it had to be her princess.
And she was standing in the middle of this mess? That wouldn't do at all! From her position behind Celestia, way out of her line of sight, Applejack quietly leaned down to wipe her face on the side of the bench. Nopony would mind, right? Besides, the creepy old thing would probably slurp the slop right up.
Applejack spent those first few minutes running to and fro, using her hat to sweep up debris as best she could and kicking the paths clear. When everything looked reasonably clean, she finally had a moment to bow, showing Celestia a very messy hat.
"Uh...please don't mind us, Princess. This hall's a few oinks short of a pigsty, if it doesn't mind me saying so."

She was happy to see one of her dear subjects, of course, but if whatever mysterious force that had brought her here was also bringing her little ponies as well...that was of great concern. "Please, the mess is no trouble. After all, I did cause it myself. More important is whether you are alright."

Cassie rushed forward, a mix of worry and awe on her face. "Are you okay? Where... did you come from?"

She shook her head when the horse spoke-- it was unexpected, and she was even surprised. "You didn't do that at all! I think you're right about this not being that place, too."

He is now screaming in a very undignified manner, and staggering back. "ANOTHER ONE?!"

Esplin had er tail up and held at the ready when she'd caught sight of the movement from the ceiling. At least it was a properly quadrupedal form for once, if Esplin acknowledged that as an Andalite conceit. Lowering his tail to a less obviously defensive position, he affixed his main eyes on the unexpected meal-time companion.
< I believe I was about done, > he said, eyes starting to narrow. < If I don't believe it's standard practice for most individuals here to stand on the tops of the tables. >
Oddities about not wanting feet where they put their food. Absurd, to an Andalite. The Hork-Bajir hadn't been as finicky either.
Then again, they did eat tree bark.

"I hope I haven't caused too much disturbance - I wasn't expecting to be dropped into this strange place so suddenly!" Gracefully Celestia hopped off of the table, her wings fluttering as she glided to the floor besides Aldrea.

Oh, she was pretty and resembled Seraphiel just a bit, however the fact that she fell through the ceiling was disconcerting.

Having also heard of the war, and the destruction of Equestria, Celestia knew that checking up on her subjects was even more vitally important. Pinkie Pie seemed cheerful enough, but it couldn't hurt to be certain that the ordeal hadn't traumatised the poor pony too much.
