Mingling at the Bazaar

Next to the Mall Hotel, a large bazaar sprawled out through the streets. Food stalls, jewelery stalls, plastic surgery stalls...might want to stay away from that last one. But since the bizaar was close by, it served as a good place for the crew to meet up and start their exploration of XaXing.

Now that they finally had time to buy things offworld that they couldn't get on the planet... well, Nanoha and Fate had some very specific items that they needed to track down before they could take care of their personal business.

So, Nanoha led her fiancee through the bustling bazaar by the hand. "Come on, Fate-chan! I think there's a place down here!"

"Don't worry, I'm right behind you!"

Fate might have been a little upset when they first touched down on the planet; the streets were so completely packed with stalls, shops, and shoppers that it would be completely impossible to go joyriding in her car like the last shore leave. But she couldn't stay mad; not when they had much more important things to focus on. So what if she missed out on a nice, relaxing drive? She'd much rather focus all her attention on planning out the first step to the next major part of their lives.

For all she acted like she had a place in mind, Nanoha was very much winging it - so when they came to a bustling, crowded crossroads, she stopped short, looking down all three roads (and back the way they'd come). "Er... I guess it wasn't down here after all."

Fate laughed a little as Nanoha looked around in confusion, and took a moment to take in the surroundings herself. There were so many stores, it was hard to decide what was what... but she eventually pointed to the street that headed to their left.

"How about we go that way?"

"Sounds good to me!" She beamed back at the blonde girl, giving her hand a squeeze - and maybe blushing a little bit. It was hard to forget just why the two of them were there, after all.

"Do you think they'd be upset if we flew?" They'd pass the crowd more easily like that.

"I don't know..." Fate said as she looked around, taking in the appearances of the various aliens in the crowd. "It definitely wouldn't be the strangest sight here."

It probably would be a good idea to avoid flying in the more crowded areas like this, but Fate didn't have the heart to tell Nanoha. After all, how long ago was their trip to Zokez, where they could just relax? At least half a year? There was no way she could deny her fiancee something she loved so much.

"Then come on!" Nanoha didn't quite let go of Fate's hand, though she relaxed her grip, as the familiar magenta wings glittered to life at her heels and lifted her a few inches off the ground. "It'll be easier to find like this!"
