Non-sentient life: Extensive flora and fauna.
Semi-Sentient Life: Yes.
Sentient Life: Yes.
Water: 88% of the planet's surface.

More quietly, he grumbled, "To think I vowed never to take ONE again. Now I've got two. Ha!"
