The Sinking Feeling You Get When You Eat Magic Food
Welcome meatship crewmembers to the instrument of pure silly.
It had been a long period of waiting, but a prank was about to be issued after these dire dark times. As such, tables were set up around the WITCH Bus and other locations, unmanned stands where Lemonade and Brownies were available with the compliments of your friendly companions.
Do you dare risk chocolately goodness or sour-sweetness to discover it's dark delicious secrets?
(ooc: tag around, bug others and feel free to continue to madness. IC duration is about a day. Unless you deliberately take more with you. As a reminder, Lemonade brings you up ages to a good looking adultish level. Brownies turn you into kids. GO NUTS. Refer to the ooc post for details and ask questions there.)

Billy is curious about this. It's a silly game, but the shapes mean different things to different people. And it's the kind of game he wouldn't be willing to try as a teenager.

She watched.
no subject
"...that one looks like a dolphin," Billy points, a small smile on his face. "There's a tail, and the nose, and the way it curves...or is it a banana?"
In between those observations, he speaks more seriously. "I've been preoccupied with this predicament. You say that it's temporary, but I've always trained myself to prepare for the worst---so in the event that this is permanent, I'll need to invent new ways to defend myself. I was imagining smaller weapons."
no subject
She laughed. "Of course you were. You always stayed prepared Billy. It's what I like about you. You don't let things like this drag you own. That is why I keep telling you that you ARE the leader power ranger, you know."
no subject
Billy leaned back, watching that cloud drift away. Why hadn't Katara said anything else? Now that he considered it, she looked confused. "Oh---your world didn't have those, right? Here," and he called up two objects. A tiny dolphin statue was in one of his hands, and a banana filled the other. "Dolphins are sea creatures, and bananas are fruit. The pulp underneath the peel is delicious."
He also wondered what she thought it looked like.
no subject
Her eyes widened when she saw the dolphin, and held it for awhile. "It's a sort of animal underwater," she murmured. "Wow. I really wish we had creatures like this in my world."
She'd take his word for the banana thing.
She look at the clouds herself, settling down. "That looks like a fox antelope!" She said. "Ooh, and that one like a singing groundhog!:
no subject
"Would you like to see them in the water? In certain areas, it's popular to swim with the dolphins. They're friendly."
That last sentence startled him, though. He could see the fox, yes, but..."groundhogs sing?"
Please explain that one.
no subject
"Oh, definitely!" Katara said, although it looked as if it would have to wait. Katara closed her eyes and the scenery changed to a dryer area devoid of grass, and also had a flute in her hand. She played a note and a singing groundhog popped out, mimicking trhe sound and promptly going back in its hole.
"A singing groundhog!"
no subject
Oh, the groundhogs did sing! He smiled at it. "I never thought I'd see that. Hey...look! I think that might be Stacy," he joked, pointing at an interestingly-shaped and massive blob of fluff.
If this was all he had to do before turning back, he wouldn't mind. But that was perhaps a little too optimistic.
no subject
She giggled at the idea of Stacy as a cloud. "No way!" she exclaimed, laughing. "Let me see it again!"
She hugged him to her, smiling. "You are an adorable kid Billy, just so you know!"
no subject
He blushed and burrowed into her side, trying to shake that off. "And I'm sure you've heard the others describe your beauty, Katara. I would, but I don't believe it would sound as I intended it coming from my present body."
no subject
She patted Billy's head. "It doesn't matter what form you take Billy: I know that when you say something, I'm listening to you. You can say what you need to say. I'll know its you."
no subject
Could he really tell Katara those things? She said he still had his mature mind, but she also loved to cuddle his child form. Mixed signals were so confusing.
"You're...beautiful, Katara. Not that you have to be, never, but...it's true."
no subject
"Thank you Billy," she said, and she smiled. "In my own way, I think you are too. You believe in the good of people, and believe me, thinking like that is rarer than you think."
no subject
"But I'll keep doing my part to improve things as long as you'll have me."
no subject
She shook her head. "Billy? I could never get sick of you. Why would you say such a thing?"
no subject
He sent a little assurance. "No, I know you won't, it's just how I phrase things...but are you sure you won't be sick of me?"
The last question is asked in a taunting tone with a slight smile, accompanied by small fingers moving to tickle her sides.
no subject
Here, she whapped Billy on the head. "Now you're just...hee hee...stop that...being..ha ha ha!"
And now you have her captive. You suck Billy.
no subject
Billy knew he only had a short time before Katara would see fit to retaliate, so he focused on wiggling his fingers over her stomach. He took full advantage of his 'adorable' face, smiling up at her as widely as he could.
"Sick of me yet?"
no subject
Especially when he stomach was so sensitive.
"No, but I am going to get you!" She said, finally wriggling free and tugging her friend to the ground, stomach first, and tickling his back.
no subject
Billy's thoughts quickly changed course when she took the upper hand, and in seconds he was wriggling and pounding the ground helplessly. With such a small surface area of skin, overwhelming him was easier.
"...hey! Okay, okay, I'm got!" But he wasn't about to give up, oh no. Any limbs not pinned down were directed toward attempts to keep tickling.
no subject
Oh well. She still kept him down, tickling, her knee pressing a little down on his legs...and now she was noticing she was shrinking.
Uh oh. Looks like it was wearing down.
no subject
Age alteration was occurring again, he thought as his clothes became tight. Billy was thankful that he hadn't altered his outside and that they'd been set to adjust.
The laughs became deeper as well, reaching his normal pitch after about a half minute. And the growing stopped, thankfully leaving his body in its original state.
"...Tara," he wheezed, still trying to speak around the laughter. It would take him a second to readjust to his returned strength---his body had been altered more radically than hers. "Are you all right?"
no subject
Billy was reverting too, and once he was back, asked her if she was okay.
"Sure, I'm fine," she said, taking a breath. "Well that was new! I didn't mind that all too much, did you?"
no subject
Now they just had some small matters to deal with. "Do you plan to let me up, or am I due more assault?" A small pause. "Choose carefully, the fate of our dolphin swim might depend on it."
Ah, so he might be trying a little hardball.
