Last Straw
She went straight to the Sensoriums. Her feelings were all over the place, and she had to get away from people right now. She remembered all too well what happened to Alex when he lost Luna: she knew she had to find a way to take her aggression out. There was pain and self loathing and unspeakable things she was sorting through, but right now it was nothing but anger she was feeding on. She closed her eyes when she entered, concentrating on the enemies she;s fought while she'd been on the ship.
The Terminators. The T-Rex. The Nightmare King's monster minions. The traps Hal had laid for them. They came one at a time but Katara was ready, steeling herself to calmly maneuver out of the traps, to find a way to take down the terminator most efficiently, and those alone took more than a few hours. It was when she got to the nightmare King's minions, however, that Katara stopped being cautious. Now she ripped into them, stabbing at them with ice shards and freezing them on the spot before blowing through them, and slowly her determined face gave away to that of rage. As she started to remember their fights, their hugs, their talks, she switched to the Bene Gesserit fighting style, her hits were starting to get more serious, leaving many injured in her wake, though she received a few cuts herself. When she was done an hour later, it faded, all of it, and she was left in water, where she had heard Sokka once talk to Toph about how she'd been like a mother to her, and she couldn't stand it anymore. She let out a scream, primal and pained.
"WHY?! WHY BRING HIM HERE JUST TO TAKE HIM AWAY?! ALL THIS TIME, JUST TO TAKE HIM AND NOT HAVE AANG HERE AND MAKE ZUKO FORGET WHAT WE ALL DID?? WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME!?"
And she dissolved into tears here, the sun sinking into the clouds and leaving a dark, lonely pond.

Speaking of which....he grabs another fluffy blanket and tosses it at them. Just to see their reaction.

"I don't fee alone anymore," she admitted, "at least not when it comes to friends. Thanks to you, I know I never could. Whatever brought us here, we have a gift, all of us. I'll never let you guys be alone like this either. I promise."

And then the blanket-toss/wrap? Well, first things first. To both of the Humans, Renne gives a snuggle, not once letting on his evil little plot. Well, aside from a prehensile foot slooooowly sneaking to find a pillow.
It's on now.
no subject
And suspicious of that foot. Billy feels it moving, Renne. You wouldn't dare, would you?
no subject
"Um...what's going on?"
no subject
Yep, it is on now.
Pillow fight initiated.
no subject
"Renne!" Cue the struggling to escape and grab a pillow. He prays Katara doesn't decide to conspire against him too.
no subject
Might as well pay them accordingly.
"Come on boys!" She said, grinning. "Let's go!"
Pardon the slow!fail
Oh yeah, that's a yip followed by a playful growl-chirp. Wriggling away, the beastie moves into his Pillow Fight position and snags a pillow. Put 'em up!
"Rrrrraowrrrr, Rrrr-enne ge-t yeu."
no subject
"Don't forget me either!" With that, he dives in for a strike at Katara. He'll never catch her no matter how fast he gets, of course, but principles say he should try.
no subject
"I'll get you both!" She shrieked, for the moment forgetting her woes.
no subject
Blowing a raspberry at them both, the Renne chucks a pair of pillows in rapid succession toward their voices. Double-whammy? He expects it, so he's giving it ahead of time. Pre-emptive strike, maybe. Either way, he's giggling up a storm amid finding another pillow.
no subject
"You're not the only one with tricks up their sleeve," Billy taunts, rolling through the area and sweeping at Renne from the side.
no subject
She'd show them for underestimating her!
no subject
Squealing amid his giggling, the oddity snags a pillow, then puts on the speed. Why? Hi, Katara. have a bluething blazing by you with full intent to whap you with a pillow. Billy, don't look now but you're next.
Why are you next? That pillow grazing his left side, of course.
no subject
He was certainly not going to win.
no subject
Take that Renne!
"Revenge!" she called out, grinning.
no subject
Whap. Tumbling with the fluffy projectile, the beastie soon gets back up. And hey, a little pile of pillow ammunition. Nice!
"Rrrr-enne ge-t yeu ba-ck, Bee, Tarrr-Tarrr!"
Chitter. And yep, here's Machine Gun Rennie lobbing pillows two-handed.
no subject
Finally, his fingers found some of his own---and they were lobbed in both directions.
no subject
"Good, you're up," she said to Billy and whopped him good before retaliating at Renne again.
no subject
Oh, drat. Out of ammo! Putting on a mock-display, the oddity appears to turn and run. Alas, he's getting a good whoopin' via a rain of pillows.
no subject
"Payback time!" he calls to his favorite imp with a swing of a pillow.
no subject
And Renne still gets another one right after Billy. Billy just gets hit first for thinking she would let him do what he liked. He'd better consider them BOTH enemies.
no subject
Whomp-fluff. Hi, pillow. Meet a Renne. Giggling until he's nearly breathless (even with that huge lung of his), he's got another pillow coming your way, Katara. And then you too, Billy.
"Heee-heee-heeee! Rrrr-enne ge-t yeu!"
no subject
He tried to go after Katara with a swipe---key word, tried. He'd just hesitated to chase her because he stood no chance and knew it.
