Amuro Ray is the definitive workaholic; While the idea of exploring a new planet wasn't completely unappealing, his years as a pilot and as a mechanic took priority. As such, most of his vacation has been spent inside of a hotel room scouring schematics on machines from worlds other than his own.

Even still, he was later to the return site than he could have been, simply due to his focus on the task he was working on. Even now, he's deep in thought about military and scientific matters as he returns to the ship.

From behind Amuro, Lowe had approached him, a bit curious. Like Amuro, Lowe wasn't content on just relaxing. Oh, no. He had spent a good deal of his time working elsewhere, buying parts for himself and helping others around the island. Just because he could.

"Amuro," he greeted. "How was your time here?"
