Shop 'Till You Drop! [SO VERY OPEN]

It was nice to be out on solid ground, to breathe fresh and salt-tinged air, and to feel the real warmth of the sun on her neck and shoulders, Nanoha thought. She felt a very deep urge welling up within her breast to just take flight, to soar through an actual sky in the first time in months - and she had no doubt that she would.

But there were other things she had to take care of first. Like, for instance, swimsuit shopping with her best friend.

"Ooh, this store looks like it might have some cute ones!" Nanoha tugged on Fate's hand, pulling her towards one of the storefronts that lined this street of the bustling shopping district. Even if it didn't, there were still plenty of others to try, and plenty of cute outfits to convince Fate to try on.

Hikari blinked as she and Tailmon walked into the clothing store. "I'm so glad that we're able to find a place like this."

Tailmon sighed. "Why do you want clothes? You're plantsuit should work fine..."

Hikari shook her said. "Says the talking cat who doesn't wear any."

"I just think we have more important things to worry about. Like actual food."

Hikari just ignored that and walked deeper into the store... before seeing a familiar face. "Oh, Sylia. Hi!"

"Hello Hikari!" Sylia said brightly, turning from the fabric to face the girl. She was still holding a skein of gorgeous purple silk, pulled out of the rack along with several other colors.

"Are you having a good vacation? Who's your friend?"

Hikari smiled. "Yeah, I am! It's nice to, well, not be on the ship again."

"My name's Tailmon. Hikari told me a bit about you," Tailmon answered, her ears wiggling a bit.

She mentally reassured herself that she had seen much stranger things than giant talking cats so far on this journey.

"It's nice to meet you, Tailmon. Are you two here for new clothes? I know that was the first thing I wanted to do when I got here." She ran her hands over the silk. "I've been thinking about making some nice dresses of my own too."

Hikari giggled. "That's what I'm here for. Tailmon doesn't seem to think it's important though. She's more focused on food."

She turned around, bending down and poking Tailmon on the forhead. "You're starting to turn into V-mon..."

Tailmon frowned. "Anyone would start acting like him after having to eat that slop the ship gives us. How can you not want food?"
