The Battle That Ended The Century
People say that war is hell. This looked it.
Buildings and cars and bodies are scattered like broken toys as far as the eye can see, stretching out toward a dirty horizon. Even the clouds seems streaked with mud and blood, and they're taking it out on everyone below with a constant stream of cold, soaking rain.
The sounds of fighting seem to come from all directions, but at this moment, there's no one else in sight.
A breather. The calm before the storm.
[[OOC: This is for everyone who was involved with "The Lurking Fear". Questions go to Milo or Kaylin.]]

"OW! What the...?!" Irma yelped, muffled by her hands. Removing her hands from her face, Billy can see the red mark where he punched her. "Alright, I don't know what the heck's wrong with you, but I'm not going to let you get away with that!"
A few seconds later, the Blue Ranger would be greeted by a flying water geyser, magically created by Irma. Hopefully it would be enough to get her to her feet and put some distance between them.

Meanwhile, Billy gapes at his shadow puppetmaster, horrified. He punched a girl in the face. Straining furiously at his bonds, he radiates hatred. The lifeblood of the shadow, unfortunately.
Outside, so far unaffected by Billy's struggle, the evil Ranger tries advancing again, this time flipping his way over to aim his foot at her. Beneath the visor, two red lights glow where eyes should be.

"What's wrong with me? Simple - I'm stuck in a hellish place fighting for my life from who knows what... and you're over here attacking me!"
He's one of the others who was here, isn't he? He's too out of place to be a dream! Irma thought. But, why is he attacking? Don't tell me he's brainwashed or something! I went through enough of that with Matt and Huggles!
"Look, no hard feelings, but I'm gonna hafta knock some sense into you!" she said, attempting to deliver a kick at her attacker.

Of course, Billy isn't going to take this well at all. His spirit hardens with determination when he feels Blue Ranger reaching for the gun, and thinking fast, he pulls his feet under and launches his bound body at the puppetmaster. Once on top, he rolls threateningly...perhaps if he can bait Blue into attacking him, Blue will inadvertently break the bonds.
Billy's move paralyzes the body long enough for Irma's kick to land, ending with Blue Ranger sprawled across the ground. Hissing, he changes his grip on the blaster and points it up at her. "Funny, I don't recall losing my sense. I'm merely fulfilling a goal for my lord."

His lord? He's under the Nightmare King's hold, isn't he? Irma thought.
"Look, this is all a stupid dream! This is the Nightmare King's doing!" she shouted, stepping back. As much as she trusted herself she doubted that she could get another water shot in before he fired...
...but took the shot, launching another geyser blast at Billy. This is going to hurt...!

"I know, isn't it wonderful?"
From Billy, the puppetmaster received a resounding 'NO!' The puppetmaster had thrown Billy off, slamming him into a sharp spike---but it had sliced a bond as well as his arm. Excellent. Pulling the bonds off, Billy wasted no time in slamming past and pouncing upward and outward.
And now, everyone will see a faint apparition of an unmorphed Billy standing between his original body and Irma, glaring daggers into that helmet. "I hope you've enjoyed your stay, but it's checkout time," his voice echoed, fainter and less...embodied than usual.
