The thing you should know is that everyone is in really big trouble. Yeah. Even you.
Ax had escaped the Controllers on board. Brainy had not been so lucky. Neither had Sam and Tim. And who knew how many others on board had Yeerks wrapped around their brains, controlling their every movement, pretending that everything was normal until the time came to strike.
Who do you trust, podlings?

Because the Doctor stands out. Yes, even amongst the robots and the more obvious aliens. It's a gift!
"How come his name's a noun?"
Not that West can talk.no subject
He doesn't offer his hand-- mainly because it's covered in oil and Stacy goo.

"I'm West, pleased to meet you and all that. Do we have to exchange planets of origin now, or are we gonna keep the conversation as normal as it really can be when it's taking place in a space-ship made of plant guts?"

West hasn't felt this uncomfortable since Allen said that he was dead in West's universe, but his face is that of one doing his best to hide it.
"Yeah, you caught me. I'm an Earthling."

He shoots Bumblebee a glance, "It's like a President. A national leader. Bloody good fun."

He turns to West. "Don't encourage him. Really. I mean it."
Bumblebee gets a double-glance before, just to be safe, the Doctor tells him sternly, "You neither."

But for massive brains like the Doctor and the Master, that's a definite sign there's something odd about the wiring.
For someone else, that's a sign to get moving on their mission. He is armed with a Dracon beam and other weapons, after all.

Once again he picks up the Judoon scanner and holds it cautiously. The other goes to his pocket, "I've been on this ship several days and that's the first mistake she's made."
no subject
Reaching into his pocket, he comes out with his sonic screwdriver. "Hasn't made a mistake all the time I've been here either. Odd. Very."
no subject
He slowly regards all of them, including the Doctor. He waves the scanner about, "Maybe I won't turn this into a toaster."

A hand-held Dracon beam is small, but at its highest setting it can break through ten feet of solid titanium.
In the same instant, West launches himself into the air, rising rapidly. Oh, high ceiling, how he adores you.

"Why you little slagging-" Bee brings out his stingers, firing at West.
