"Hmn," Samus may actually sound mildly amused. It's hard to tell with a helmet masking her face (but perhaps Samus is used to using her armor to her advantage). Leon shouldn't worry too much about Samus, just as she's not too concerned about Leon handling himself but she still offers "Same to you."
