The fighting begins in earnest, as bystanders get dragged in, have to duck out of the way, or join in to help out, but with more people entering the fray, there's even more chaos.

Buildings have been cracked, a nearby fountain has been smashed, causing water to pour over the ground and make things even more of a mess.

Can anyone, Security or the Conspirators, keep the situation under control?

And Lois isn't the only one looking like they've just heard crazy-talk. Brainy had been hoping for a little more than 'black belt and a good shot' for an answer. Part of him wants to demand who she is and how she has a Legion ring (and hope that the answer to the first was 'Karate Kid' or something similar), but there's gunfire and things are getting even more chaotic around them.

"That's better than nothing, I guess," he says. "There are others out there who are going to need some sort of protection, I can keep a forcefield up around a small group, but it would be better if we could find someplace safer. Can you help out with that?"
