The Day. The Drama. The...love, we hope.

Who: Ronnae, Billy, and various wedding guests!
Where: In Light's Hope Chapel, with party to follow at the Drunken Dragon Tavern.
What: Two are getting married. Will someone faint from shock? Will anything break? Will it be a happy night? Stay tuned!

After preparation, anticipation, and vivid memories of nights they won't soon forget, Ronnae and Billy are finally ready for a little ceremony.'Little' was what they had in mind, but there was a chance it could end up being a relative term.

The location was the Light's Hope Chapel in the City, a tiny little place with enough memorial statues and open space to give a majestic, hopeful atmosphere. There were no singing birds or bright skies, just a little shelter from the world in which to have a dedication as lifemates. That would be more than enough for them.

What were the right words to say? The ins and outs of dancing? The foods on the table? Theyd' find out soon enough, creating a day to remember. Whether that remembrance was fairy-tale sweet or a simple overcoming of the odds would remain to be seen.

Ronnie smiled, "Oh, well, we do try of course. With how much work there usually is to do in Engineering, those moments are few other than ending up at home after a full day's work." she said with a light laugh.

"But every so often we take a day or two off to simply rest, relax and enjoy each others' company. Maybe have a picnic with fresh foods from the shore leaves or go and make a makeshift sensorium 'vacation'."

"That definitely sounds familiar," said Elisa with a light laugh. They might have moved from New York to Stacy, but some things had stayed the same. She and Goliath did (and probably always would) work far too hard. "At least you're together when you're working."

That didn't mean that work was any easier for them, of course, but it did mean that it was a little more pleasant.

"Indeed," Ronnae started with a small smile. "It's fun and being able to talk shop at home is a godsend!" she added as a light laugh escaped her lips.

It was one of the things she enjoyed the most, having someone who could understand her and her quirks, or at least most of them!

"Being able to talk about it with someone who understands is even better," said Elisa with a laugh. She knew the very basics - she could keep her car running and use the station computer - but discussions about anything more complicated would have been lost on her.

Ronnae smiled and nodded, "It really helps put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. Helped a great deal in my case all things considered." she replied while in thought.

Which was true, Ronnae couldn't have partners without immense understanding considering how difficult she could be.

She wondered what the things that needed to be considered might have been, but it wasn't the time or the place to ask. She was more than convinced that Ronnae loved Billy, which was more than enough.

"I should let you get inside," she pointed out, "But I'll see you afterwards."
