Who: Ronnae, Billy, and various wedding guests!
Where: In Light's Hope Chapel, with party to follow at the Drunken Dragon Tavern.
What: Two are getting married. Will someone faint from shock? Will anything break? Will it be a happy night? Stay tuned!

After preparation, anticipation, and vivid memories of nights they won't soon forget, Ronnae and Billy are finally ready for a little ceremony.'Little' was what they had in mind, but there was a chance it could end up being a relative term.

The location was the Light's Hope Chapel in the City, a tiny little place with enough memorial statues and open space to give a majestic, hopeful atmosphere. There were no singing birds or bright skies, just a little shelter from the world in which to have a dedication as lifemates. That would be more than enough for them.

What were the right words to say? The ins and outs of dancing? The foods on the table? Theyd' find out soon enough, creating a day to remember. Whether that remembrance was fairy-tale sweet or a simple overcoming of the odds would remain to be seen.

"No need for thanks. If I did not see you before the matter, I would have been displeased, I think."

He let silence fall between them again as they walked, though the squeak of his leather clothes and the clank of her plated feet along the pathway made up for the absence of voices.

"Would you have been?" she asked with a curious smile. "Why is that Kosi?"

"It is simple--though the prospect of marriage is not something that I would usually concern myself with, it is important to you, which means it is important to me." He reached up and tapped against one of her earrings with a long finger.

"And since it is important to you, it means that you are probably anxious over it, which means something as simple as a hug can ease your mind a bit--if it's available." Nokosi paused, one corner of his lip rising in an amused smile.

"It is."

Ronnae looked at him with an expression sort of between amusement and shocked. It was times like these that Nokosi was always thinking, always curious and always learning and had so much to share with the world.

After a bit she giggled, blushing and looking forward as they walked together, leaning against him in comfort.

"Yeah... I guess you're right."
