YAMATO SECTOR
In an island area of the park is the sometimes staid, sometimes festive Yamato Sector (which seemed strangely familiar to some of the crew, no doubt). Souvenir swords? Okonomiyaki? Sunset beaches filled with the SPRINGTIME OF OUR YOUTH? Medieval warlords drinking wine from human (shaped) skulls? They're all here!

FESTIVAL
In one area of the park is a summer festival, with food stalls, games, and in evening-simulated areas, the soft glow of rows of lanterns strung along the streets. Fireworks would be visible at "nighttime", high above the rooftops and storefronts.
Stuff that's around: takoyaki, goldfish scooping, okonomiyaki, mask stalls and the like!
Re: FESTIVAL
...Takato, actually; Guilmon was busy staring around at the food stands.
"Alright boy, let's take this one step at a time. First we've gotta see..."
"Guilmon's hungry, Takato. Time to eat!"
"...What to feed you first. Getting souvenirs for the others can wait."

Oh yeah, Jr. was all over that. Holding a stick in one hand with a few skewered takoyaki balls, he worked on that while in his other hand he was holding a plate of the okonomiyaki to get to once he was finished with that. And even as he walked, he glanced around at the other stalls, trying to decide what to treat himself to after he finished off what he carried.
After all, young boys needed food, even if they weren't growing boys.

She was drawn to the booths, the bright colors, the food. It reminded her a bit of Wutai, just a little less touristy. It seemed a little more warm and welcoming.
As she pondered over a stall that sold many masks (some a little more silly than others), she shot Cloud a mischievous look. Of course, she dragged him along with her. Despite only just arriving, she believed they both needed to get off the ship and take in a little bit of this world. There was no telling how long it would be before they arrived at a place like this.
Picking up one of the masks that resembled a cat, she held it up to her face, laughing. "Do you think it suits me?"

While Aerith browsed through the various booths and items being sold, Cloud kept a considerably moderate distance between himself and the Cetra. He caught himself staring more at her than the actual festival, still in disbelief that this was even happening. Usually this was met with the lowering of his head if she turned to catch him gazing, but it wasn’t long until his eyes found his form again. What do you say to a woman you couldn’t protect?
Eventually the remark on the mask caught him completely off guard. In fact, he didn’t even register that she was asking his opinion until he was able to put the two and two together. “It’s… interesting.” Said Cloud with a bit of an odd look given towards the cat mask. “Why would you wear it?”

She did have a set destination in mind as she moved, though. The fireworks would begin soon, and there was nothing like staring up at the night sky to see amazing show with a lovely backdrop of the starry sky.

He sped up slightly to catch up with her as she started toward the site of the fireworks show. "Hi. Having fun so far?"

SUSPICIOUS UNMARKED RESTAURANT
[Basically it's a restaurant with ninja waiters. O NO]

"Uh, so can I just order the beef stir-fry or do I have to fight you guys for it?"

"All those who wish to dine here must first prove their worth in battle. ...Proceed to the seating area, please."
With that, a nearby hidden panel opened, revealing a foreboding wooden walkway in front of Ron, filled with mist and surrounded on each side with old pine trees (fake). The man threw a smoke bomb and disappeared. Mysterious!

a wet blanketdoing a sort of rounds in the park, since he hadn't had much choice in the matter. At least he could keep an eye on the crew, try to make sure there wasn't any trouble one way or the other.Spotting Zouichi, he made his way over with a nod of greeting. "Relaxing?" he asked, with a bit of fake surprise in the tone.

Jr. nudged Zouichi and jerked a thumb toward one of the karaoke screens. The place was definitely swanky, and he glanced over to pick up a menu.

Splicer was passing nearby when he noticed Z just chilling over by the karaoke stage. This was somewhere he never expected to find him for sure... He was more the type to have gone to maybe petting zoo land or something similar!

Jr. was looking around, trying to size up the room and the platforms and oh man there was so much - even more than he could probably see at that moment.

Closed
Re: Closed
He nodded to her in greeting, glancing around at their surroundings. Well, it made sense that a temple like this would have few visitors in an amusement park. Little sound filtered up from the rest of the theme park, giving it a sense of distance.
"I was thinking you'd spring for Indulgence Cove," he said, a little dryly.
Re: Closed
She shook her head and then bowed slightly to Zouichi, "Thank you for coming, however. We'll see if this works or not. It is a relatively simple attempt, but... one that will be very telling. One way or another."
