Holes and Patches [OPEN FREE FOR ALL]
After the battle, the warriors' task was over. Their job, for now, was to rest and recover for the time being.
The healers' job, on the other hand, was far from over. Some exhausted from the battle, others rotating in, they took to their bay and continued the process of treating the wounded. Some patients were free to leave in a few minutes, while others would have some time (or quite some time) on the cots. Their mission: relax. Stay as still as possible.
Unfortunately, the temptation of so many familiar faces alive and about would ultimately prove to be too great. Keeping track of this group was going to be a third task all its own.
[this is a free for all for all your injured! Have them socialize, be thorns in the medics' side, try to escape, or bring the medics together for some action. Just note in your post if you'd like a medic to visit your character---if not, it's time for a chat!]

"Stop using logic," she whined a bit. "Other than that, I'm pretty good. Just tired and sore in a few places. It turns out that I ended up fracturing my wrist during that battle, so I won't be able to fight for a few weeks."

"At first, Shoutarou, Philip, Ren and myself went to fight some cultists and we managed to win. After that, we rested up for a bit until the Rangers came to ask us to help them fight, so we were fighting Ohm left and right until a rather large Ohm came. Lash helped us score a victory and then we tried our best to just survive out there for the time being."

"What the hell was the deal with those cultists, anyway?" Jr. had basically been on the ground the entire battle, so he didn't know what had happened during the civilian evacuation and on the ship until he had come back. And, well, the first thing he did when he got back onto the ship was come to medbay, as well as check in on his own friends.

"How did you fare out there?"

But he shrugged that thought away, figuring that maybe he'd hear more later and instead focused on Hoshi's new question. "I didn't do too bad! Not to say that battle wasn't pretty damn tough, because it was. I'm glad we made it outta there in one piece, for the most part."

But, for now, she, too, would do the same and just dropped the subject on it now. She wasn't really too knowledgeable on it, to be honest. "I hear you on the battle being really tough. Hell, I was running on fumes on a few parts myself. But, yeah... I'm glad that people are okay."

"But -- yeah. I can't be in cold temperatures that long anymore due to what happened here." She held up her right arm, pushing the sleeve back to reveal the scars on it. "My arm was broken back in my world and I had to get metal plates, rods, and screws in it. Thankfully, my Rider suit protects my arm and keeps it warm, but if I don't have that, I need to be kept in a warm environment."

"I guess you can say that! The Ohm aren't that easy to tear through, though."

"I can imagine that they're not, but it's still so cool."
