Lirath - Ship Survival
As the battle raged outside, those remaining aboard Stacy had their hands full preparing for the incoming flood of refugees.
Positioned near the Bleed-Gate orbiting Lirath, Stacy stood ready to receive the refugees. Ship after ship ascended as quickly as they could, some of them making a break for the Bleed-Gate itself while the smaller ships were forced to dock at Stacy, unloading their cargo of refugees before setting off again for the planet's surface again to take on more passengers.
Several small units of GIA soldiers were also sent up to help the Transmigration crew take in the massive amount of refugees, many of whom were tired, wounded, and scared. It wouldn't take long for the ship to begin filling with people.
With the battle raging outside, and the Ohm clambering outside, trying to get in, it would be a tall order to keep all of the refugees safe and calm, but the crew didn't have much choice.

Who knew a pony could get used to a bike so quick?
"Dope move, shawty," Punchy calls to Angie, pulling back towards the center so he can see the other, final monster with better clarity. Between the four of them, they can own this thing. He takes a moment to further assess the damage he took - one goggle lens cracked, cowl ripped, seriously scuffed combat boots. He's actually starting to feel that hurt now, but hopefully he can keep squeezing the adrenaline gland to power through it. Either way, he doesn't let pain show on his face.
As much as he'd love to hog the glory, he kind of wants to see what the quiet chick will do. She has the air of someone who can handle themself. He pulls up to her flank so as to give Chell space if she wants to do something wile, but close enough that if the monster bears down on her too much he can...throw himself off the bike at it or something. Who knows.

Chell had other things on her mind, like trying to keep the motorcycle upright while simultaneously being chased by some kind of monster (also on a motorcycle).
With a nod to the teammate beside her, began to slow, falling back until she was side-by-side with her pursuer--then she rammed it, sending the both of them skidding, struggling to stay upright as she swung outward and smashed into it again.

...then something strange happened. It started to duplicate itself. Again. And again in such a rapid succession there was no time to blink.
"Oh no..."
They were back to square one. In many ways, it was just a slap to everything they had just done, as fantastic as it had been. The AI visibly flinched and flew closer to the group.
"They have copy subroutines." What was joy just a few minutes ago was now dark and serious. "We can't fight them here now. We'll need to go back to a safe chamber and possibly..." she trailed off. There was something she wasn't telling them. "I'm going to contact Andromeda and warn her that whatever she's facing might have the same subroutines too." She looked at the creatures charging at them, and used some of her remaining power to create a temporary barrier between them. "This is bad. This is very bad."
With a movement of her wrist, she indicated to follow her into what could almost pass for a computer's version of am underground sewer. "Your motorcycles won't fit, so leave them here! We don't have much choice for now..."
