Down on the city level, right by the Kohaku River and near the imposing castle, a modern-looking white building welcomed one and all to its promise of running water and warmth. Maybe even a little socializing was in order.

The ramp led up to the heated roof level, where one and all could sit down and relax in an almost sauna-like environment. Below, corridors contained plenty of towels, places to leave clothes, quick showers, and the baths, a number of them sized for any and all comers.

The private areas were accessed through separate corridors on the outside, but the busier communal baths were just as warm and welcoming. Anyone of any size or species was welcome here, so long as they behaved themselves.

[ooc: it's mingling party post time! Just start a thread or hop in one, and note if your character's in a single sex bath, co-ed, or the sauna level upstairs. My characters will be here to meet some people too.]

"That sounds really useful. The ability to instantaneously detect anomalies..." Billy was entering geek-out mode. Not something he usually did when trying to bathe, but it worked for today.

"You must be busy, Phillip."

"Busier now since Shoutarou popped," admitted Philip. "Though I will never get used to him and Hoshi behaving like three year olds."

"Like three year olds, really?" Billy has to hide a laugh, surprised by this. "I've always known Hoshi to be mature...well, mostly mature. They hit it off, I assume?"

"Quite well, though they won't stop antagonizing one another. But I think they're warming up to each other," replied Philip, leaning back with a sigh.

"So they're just pulling pranks and making things difficult?"

Billy could see that. It made a little more sense. "I suppose I got lucky in the teammate department, then. Other than Lash, I don't have anyone too out-there."

"My hometown has always been, well for a lack of a better word, crazy. I guess it's no surprise those two act like that around one another now." replied Philip, shrugging.

"The whole town? How do you all survive?"

Billy had to wonder about that. Angel Grove had been a little clueless, yes, but not usually crazy.

"It helps that being nuts is the status quo there," laughed Philip. "And everyone's always working together on it."

"Didn't it ever irritate you?" Billy had to wonder. "You don't sound like you're counting yourself among that group."

"I'm nuts in my own way," said Philip, tapping his forehead. "Having the knowledge of the Earth in my head helps with that."

"All of it? An entire database?"

Billy...could see how that nuttiness could happen in that case, yes.

"Infinite knowledge." stressed Philip. "It's all right here."

"Does that extend to...just facts, present and past, in any direction?"

Billy really wanted to get a handle on this concept.

"I could tell you what dinosaurs eat for breakfast and at the same time look up the sealed FBI files on JFK," replied Philip, not missing a beat. "Any media, past present and future will be available to me, as with information on other worlds."
