Aw hell, it's about time. [Open!]
Down the street and around one of the many corners of the city, stands a large building. Four floors worth to be exact, of what could have been a warehouse, or an office building of sorts. Now however, the windows are tinted, and there’s a big neon sign up front with the words “Hunter’s Pad”. The black double doors of this building are never locked, for the owner of the place wants anyone who wishes to come and enjoy themselves at any time. Agent 779, code name Splicer, has been hard at work, making a place that people can come and hang out at.
The place works as both a club, and an arcade, so anyone of any age group can just come to relax and enjoy themselves. Granted the place only has water, it was meant as a hangout spot for those who wanted somewhere else to relax aside from the options already available to them on the ship.
The fourth floor is reserved for his home, where he can be reached easily through the comm. system if you ever need him for anything. The third floor holds the Arcade, where he hooked up and fixed many of the machines that he could get his hands on and uploaded his vast collection of games unto different styles of arcade style machines including but not limited to driving/flying sims, shooters, fighters, rpg’s, fps’, survival etc. The second floor was made into a lounge of sorts. Couches he brought up with some help and tables set in a comfortable black and blue futuristic space style. It’s meant for mingling or to just kick back for a few.
The first floor is where the magic happens, a dance floor large enough for a large party and a DJ booth where he usually throws some electronic beats but is not opposed to getting requests for specific styles of music. The music never stops, whether he’s at the booth or not. Why limit people’s fun when he’s sleeping? There’s monitoring and an automated system on the booth for when he’s not around as well as a security system.
The basement has a game area of sorts as well as the supply room where he tries to keep things stocked. The items usually kept there are extra water, snacks (which are used sparingly between shore leaves), as well as normal establishment supplies like napkins, table cloths, holiday decorations and other miscellaneous items.
Anyone’s welcome to crash if they need to, and anyone’s welcome to have a good time at Hunter’s Pad!
[[OOC: Feel free to make a post or join the subthreads/locations and from now on you can use the place to start your own threads or meet people or plan parties!]]
Club
Over at the booth, you can clearly see whether Splicer is there at the moment or not as well as a panel that allows you to make requests if you don't want to climb up to the booth to speak to him, or if he's not there at the moment.

Perfect chance to just be herself and have fun. So now she was on the empty dance floor, dancing away to the music coming from all around her.

With a glass of water in hand, he made his way over to the dance floor area and spotted the alluring dancer. Ronnie, of course. Sneaking up to the request panel, he chose something a little faster, a beat he knew she would excel at dancing to.
Now he'd just wait and see how long it took her to spot him.

It wasn't long before her movements adjusted and her body was in full motion. Making use of both her flexibility and grace, she danced much in the way she practiced her swordplay. Long swift movements, her curvaceous body moving in an alluring fashion, unaware that she had an admirer.
Amidst one of her hips shake and playful spin, she caught a glimpse of a familiar figure, causing her to stumble slightly as she attempted to stop to get a better look. Once she confirmed who it was, her face grew a familiar shade of red as she felt the heat overtake her cheeks.
"B-Billy?!" She sounded out, almost in a small yelp of surprise.
no subject
Yes, this was the perfect way to spend an evening. He was surprised by the relative lack of gaping onlookers, really.

After a few moments, she walked over to him and rested her head against his chest, nuzzling it slightly. "N-not s-sayin' I'm not happy to see you love... I jus' thought. Well... you know. It's something you've been wanting for a while." She said in her sweet voice before looking up at him curiously.
no subject
He smiled down at Ronnie, taking another breath. "But there's more time to tell you about her. I came looking for you, Ronnie, because I haven't heard how you are."
no subject
It didn't matter it seemed after all... He was always so sweet and willing to just be by her side no matter what.
"I... I'm f-fine... I jus' needed a break s'all... I'm glad the agent made this place actually. I... I think the ship needed it. It reminds me of all the times I missed out on a party my siblings invited me to." She finally looked up again, a small smile on her face and a light blush on her cheeks.

He looked at the unfamiliar face and nodded in his direction, "Take it your from the recent pod pop?"
no subject
"Pod pop? Do you mean those mucus chambers? Yes, I am."

"And yeah, I've fought them. They sent a small attack fleet near one of the planets we were nearby. Ended up engaging them in space combat and let me tell you. Those fuckers are hard as hell to take down, but not impossible."
"We took heavy damage, but no losses as far as I was told. We did quite a number on them tho."
no subject
"In 'space combat', you say? Among the stars?" Soren was guessing, since he'd seen the stars outside, while on the Obs Deck. How interesting. "How? In a vessel like this one?"

Arcade
It has a futuristic feel, with the different lights and sounds coming from the dark and lighted up paths that decorate the room.
no subject
With gifted shades resting on his head, he poked his head inside the arcade and looked around before cautiously walking inside.

The man came from around one corner where he was setting up another booth. He wiped his hands clean with a cloth and walked over to the elf. "Take it you came to check the place out and stuff?"
no subject
He turned to face Splicer, a toothy grin on his face. "That being said, I am good. And you? I do not see you around much, granted that I spend much time in the city. It is why I ended up here--it looked interesting."
no subject
He gave him a once over and a pat on the shoulder, "I've been good. Been working on this place as much as I could, which is why you haven't seen me much."
no subject
He timidly looked around the blinking, bright room, a slight look of wonderment slowly spreading over his oval face. He looked back at Splicer and smiled. "I see. Despite the time I spend in the city, I did not know. What is it you call this room of lights and sound?"
no subject
He looked back, following Nokosi's gaze and smiling at the question and his expression.
"It's an arcade. An entertainment center of sorts. Each booth has a video game, each with it's own unique controls and style. They're all free to try, since I made it for everyone's enjoyment. Normal arcades would charge per play back in my world."

"What is an R-cay-d and what does it have to do with vid-e-o?"
