This is the Neo-Swedish engineers' fault, okay
Allenby rocked back and forth on her heels, frowning at the Great Wall for a couple of reasons. One, apparently the Daligig or whoever had yanked out a big chunk of the Great Wall (or one of them, given how many Earths there were) and slapped it into the City like a cheap bookcase. She wasn't big on cultural heritage preservation, but sheesh.
The second reason was that she was thinking. Next to her feet was a bag of toys: jacks, a gymnast's ribbon, a kite, spinning tops, and a few superballs. Believe or not, she was going to use these to develop a new specialty technique--just as soon as she figured out where to begin.
"Man, Nobel Gundam... I knew I shoulda asked Chibodee and George what they did to figure out theirs." She winced when she caught herself talking to her Gundam yet again, and she wasn't even in the Hangar this time... oh well. Allenby picked up the ribbon and began running, executing a technique she already knew well from piloting.
[ooc: So anyone in the Water Cooler post who wanted to do sparring/training stuff, this would be a good place to do it! :3 Or anyone else who'd like to pop in, of course.]

But Morgan is still in the pods. :(
Yes, he'd seen her running and just joined in.
That's okay! She'll be training like this again

"Maridian! Blood Knight, Sin'dorei, and I have many titles but every time I start listing them people give me weird looks." He offered her a hand. While still running. In plate armor.

Because really, Einhart was having a hard time figuring out what Allenby was supposed to be training with all this stuff.

Hence the jacks and things. It might look silly, but there was an odd sort of logic to it.

She slowed to a stop. Ben had some pretty crazy abilities, but after going on some of those missions Allenby couldn't blame him for staying on Stacy. "I dunno if I could deal with quiet, but maybe I could give it a shot for a little while."

His short reverie was broken, that thought carefully abandoned for now, by movement in the near distance. The elegant whip and whirl of ribbon in a style he'd only ever seen on the last battlefield. Allelujah paused to watch for a moment, wondering if perhaps by saying anything, he'd interrupt her.
Whatever it was she happened to be doing.
no problem! :3
Yeah. Something that could hit multiple targets, either at once or in succession. She gave the ribbon one last whip and started to jog back to her stuff, thinking about getting out the jacks or the superball, when she spotted the man.
"Well hey there," she said, scooping up some jacks. "Whatcha up to?"

"Excuse me," he apologized, slowly recognizing her from the brief hectic intervals aboard the Quarter before their skirmish against the Ohm. It'd been a long time since then, but repair efforts had kept him quiet and busy.
"I was just exploring some of the areas of the City for the first time," he replied, casting a mildly curious glance at the jacks in her palm. "But can I ask what it is that you're doing?"
... It wasn't everyday he saw a supposed Gundam pilot at the Great Wall of China with a bag of toys.
no subject
"Sure, ask away," she said with a friendly smile, not wanting to put him off. She was training, but she honestly didn't mind taking time out to talk to folks, especially ones she didn't know too well. "I'm workin' on developing a new specialty technique for my Gundam! And since what I've got already is a ribbon and a hula hoop, I'm going to stick with stuff like that for new skills."
See? Logic. Gundam logic.
no subject
"You use things like this to train, then?"
Well, if his Gundam sparkled ...

In fact, it confused her since she didn't know what it was exactly meant to accomplish.
"Hey, Allenby! What'cha doing over there?"
no subject
In much the same way fish don't have a word for water. So she just gave Hoshi a cheerful wave. "I'm workin' on a new fighting technique!" she called. "Figure I need something with better time and range after seeing what kinda fights we get into."
no subject
"I see! May I help in any way?" she asked, walking right up to the wall. Learning more about others and their ways would definitely help out in some fashion. So, perhaps, whatever Allenby was up to would help her, too!
no subject
She looked over Hoshi and then at the Great Wall. "So how fast can ya go on foot?"
no subject
"I can help you out with that," she said as she flicked her wrist as the DoubleDriver appeared around her waist. Sure, she was still new to Double's techniques and all, but it'd be a training session for the both of them.
Hey, Philip. I'm helping Allenby train and I was thinking maybe we can start off with the Luna Memory based on what she gave me. What do you think? she suggested through their mental link.
That will work, replied Philip. Let's begin with that.
--should we go with Joker, Metal, or Trigger? asked Hoshi, still unfamiliar to a large majority of Double's power.
Joker would be best, since it is a nice match up for her skills.
Very well. Hoshi slipped a hand into her pocket, pulling out the Joker Memory.
"Henshin!"
She pressed down on both of the Memories as a peaceful tone (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCsH2PHLTSU) played, transforming Hoshi into Kamen Rider Double with the right side being yellow, the left side being black-violet.
"Let's begin, shall we?" asked the left side with the eye blinking in response.
