Down periscope! Dive dive dive! [open, btw. come talk to the grouchy green genius, newbies]
Anyone who ventures near the bathrooms will hear odd, strained clanking noises, to the point of possibly making some wonder if one of the Transformers is trying to go and having a hard time of it.
This is not a sign of one of the 'bots on board needing more robo-fiber, however.
Brainiac 5 is up to something.
Surprisingly, his techie hijinks are something he's been ordered to do--Jaime, the one in charge of the team trying to open up more of the ship has tasked him with building things to scout out where the waste goes, to use that to find out more about Stacy's hidden structures and ductwork, and that's exactly what he's doing--building an array in the bathroom to control and track the sensor-bots he's about to send where the sun don't shine.
"Hmm...still losing signal strength..."

She heard the comment and floated closer. "Need any help?" She asked.

This one is apparently nowhere near as jovial and friendly as the other one.

Machines? He can work with machines. And this must be the 'supercilious green boy' that the old man mentioned. "Excuse me," he interjects politely, "May I ask what you're building?" Questions about labs and supplies can wait a bit. He does have manners.

Though that usually required explosives.
"What's goin' on here, mon? Makin' a mess?"

"Please tell me this isn't some kind of experiment in work-break efficiency. Like eating lunch at your desk only in horrible horrible reverse?"

"You needn't worry. It isn't."

She crouches down and peers at him curiously.
"So... why the bathroom? Is it the acoustics? The ambiance?"

This he had to investigate.
Poking his head inside the rooms he followed the voice until he saw the green skinned man who had to be an Orion. At least that was what Pavel saw him as. "Ah.. may I ask vhat you are zrying to do?"
Curious Chekof is curious!

There's a pause and he sits up. "Are you speaking Khundian? Your accent is similar to the translation errors that commonly result from the translation of Khundian."

"Nyet. I am from a country called Russia on Earth." Of course, mistaken identities are also being shared from Chekov's end with hopes of having someone else from his time. "You are an Orion perhaps?"

"What on Earth are you doing?"

"I'm currently attempting to fine-tune this tracking device to maintain a connection with exploratory mapping probes to use them to gather more information from Stacy's systems after I send them down the waste receptacles."
"I've had to explain myself to every individual who's come into the restrooms for the last two hours."
He doesn't sound rude or anything, just matter of fact.

There was a Brainiac 5 hard at work.
Clearly, this meant that he could not be allowed to work.
Or, at the very least, the boy needed a break of some sort.
And who better to give someone a break than Supergirl herself?
Kara grins at Brainy as she leans against the doorway, head tilted to one side, a coy smile gracing her pretty features. "I'd ask what you're up to, but really, we both know you'll spout off some long techno-boring explanation, and I'll stand here and nod my head, actually understanding what you're saying, but not so much caring about because really, I'm just here to see you and possibly
flirt with youbug you and see what's going on." She pauses, thinks for a moment, and smiles. "So...what are you up to?"no subject
As such, he doesn't answer her at first, trying to figure out how to--how to deal with her.
Finally, he says, "I'll leave the 'techno-boring' explanation to your imagination."
