Crunch Time
Those heading to the sensorium after Commander Rahk's announcement would find themselves inside a rather technologically advanced looking base, a number of armored soldiers bustling about.
Rahk himself was there, standing in front of a command station with a large screen overlooking the waiting battlefield outside, which appeared to be the ruins of some advanced city. By the serious look on his face, he was certainly ready to get this test underway.
[ooc: tagging's open! get going!]
[ooc2: sorry for the confusion, the other sections are open for tagging too.]

Re: Command Center
"X-Wings off the ground," he reported, toggling to a skyview. Easier to get the lay of the land, literally. He wanted a better idea of where the Ohm were.
Re: Command Center
Admittedly, a large part of him felt like he should be out on the front lines with his crew, but that wasn't his place for this.
"How much time until the enemy is in combat range?"
Re: Command Center
"30 seconds and counting, sir."
Re: Command Center
"Do we have a rough estimate of their numbers yet? Ground vs. air?"
Re: Command Center
A map of the city appeared on the main screen, showing the advancing Ohm as one single mass than anything that could accurately be counted. It did, however, show the density of Ohm on the ground. There were also hundreds of small, swiftly moving triangular markers, noting the positions of Ohm air units overhead.
It was obvious, however, that the buildings were starting to create a chokepoint, slowing the advancing Ohm. However, unless the crew distracts the Shrikes who were trying to clear the way, it wouldn't hold them back for long.
Re: Command Center
"Have Rogue Squadron start clearing out the airspace from here to here," he indicated on the map, pointing out the skies over and around the initial point of defense. From what he remembered, the mobile suits lost a significant amount of maneuverability when in the atmosphere, but they still brought in a whole lot of firepower. "Have Blade Squadron standby, I want them ready to advance and bombard," and create a little havoc in the Ohm's territory, once the skies were a little clearer.
Re: Command Center
"Looks like we have Zords in the air, too." Hey, the more firepower they had, the better. "Ground forces are spreading out." Which meant that they were catching those that weren't in the choke point, too. Good.
