Strange Visitors
||Mission complete,|| Stacy's voice rang out through the ship. ||Obs deck returning.||
The mission was a success, and so the away team returned, and the Obs Deck was back in it's proper place.
But, this time, they came back with a few more visitors.
Among the returning crew members stood three strange aliens. There was the ever-dour Revus Lod, the energetic Ippli, and the stoic Commander Rahk.
The Lensmen commander looked around at his surroundings, his expression rather inscrutable at the moment.
Anyone want to say hi to the new arrivals?

She paused for a moment before approaching them. Diplomacy was nothing new to her, but this was an alien race. Naturals and Coordinators were never that different, and she hoped there were things that could tie these two groups together as well.
Hello!" she began, pleasant as always. "I hope your visit here will be rewarding. My name is Lacus Clyne."

"Oh, wow!" she marveled, following its movement with her eyes. "That's incredible!"

He gently lets the chair back down, and the Lens ceases to glow.
"They're extremely powerful, but also extremely dangerous. Because of that, whoever had originally created them gave them minds of their own, allowing them to choose a worthy bearer. If a Lens rejects a recruit, it means they didn't have the proper nature to handle its power responsibly."
