Strange Visitors

||Mission complete,|| Stacy's voice rang out through the ship. ||Obs deck returning.||

The mission was a success, and so the away team returned, and the Obs Deck was back in it's proper place.

But, this time, they came back with a few more visitors.

Among the returning crew members stood three strange aliens. There was the ever-dour Revus Lod, the energetic Ippli, and the stoic Commander Rahk.

The Lensmen commander looked around at his surroundings, his expression rather inscrutable at the moment.

Anyone want to say hi to the new arrivals?

"In a sense," Rahk said. "The Lensmen are a part of the GIA, which was established by the Daligig several millenia ago."

"I see, and are there many worlds in the GIA, even with the Ohm? Does anyone know how quickly the Ohm has been proceeding in their attacks?"

"Not just worlds," Rahk replies, "Whole realities are a part of the GIA. As for the Ohm, they've been attacking fairly quickly, if rather unpredictably. The GIA is having a hard time trying to react to everything at once."

Nathan nodded at that, as he folded his arms in front of him considering over his thoughts.

"I see. Hence why it was necessary to expand your recruitment numbers. So these ships were partially to save, and part of the fleet as it were? As you've probably seen, our accommodations are well, sparse."

"It's a refitted prison ship from what I'm told, so I'm not surprised."

"We've noticed," Nathan dryly replied, "Any way to modify away from that?"

"Not sure," Rahk said. "If anyone could do it, it'd be the engineers the Daligig have. I could still have Revus check it out. He's good with engineering problems."

"We can put him in touch with our Engineering. They're been trying to assist Stacy with that part of her programming. It's not helping the crew's morale, and if you want us to fight, we have to be focused."
