Welcome meatship crewmembers to the instrument of pure silly.

It had been a long period of waiting, but a prank was about to be issued after these dire dark times. As such, tables were set up around the WITCH Bus and other locations, unmanned stands where Lemonade and Brownies were available with the compliments of your friendly companions.

Do you dare risk chocolately goodness or sour-sweetness to discover it's dark delicious secrets?

(ooc: tag around, bug others and feel free to continue to madness. IC duration is about a day. Unless you deliberately take more with you. As a reminder, Lemonade brings you up ages to a good looking adultish level. Brownies turn you into kids. GO NUTS. Refer to the ooc post for details and ask questions there.)

"But, maybe she c--watch out!"

*THUD*

Tavros makes a funny squeak and huddles up in the chair on impact. Luckily, he wasn't thrown off. He blinks up at Alex as he runs back around.

"Yeah, uh... maybe we can, uh, get you some pants, first thing. Then figure out, how to reverse this age thing, and then, come back for the chair?"

Alex picks Tavros up. "W-well, the tailor, i-in the city... she makes things p-pretty fast... C-can you, erm, walk? I c-can c-carry you instead..."

Tavros looks up uncertainly as he's lifted. Not that he's not okay with it, but Alex IS smaller and was never strong even before the age regression thing.

"Are you sure, I'm not too heavy? Because, uh, I could wait here, or, go back to the room or something."

Having back legs that don't work is still going to slow him down quite a bit, but it's less of a problem in this form. He can move on his own, just nowhere near Alex's pace.

Alex smiled and shook his head, "It's okay. I c-can manage." He gently re-adjusts Tavros in his arms so that he's holding Tavros a bit like a teddy bear in his arms.

"A-are you comfortable?" He began making his way to the city so that perhaps they could find the clothiers, and he could get some pants.

Tavros sits still in Alex's arms. It's a bit of a squish, but he's a little surprised Alex can carry him at all. The least he can do is sit quietly and make things easier.

"Yeah, uh, I'm okay. Uh, I'm not, poking you with my horns or anything, am I? It's, hard for me to tell sometimes."

"You're fine! L-let's find Rein." Yeah, he was managing to carry Tavros, but he was already getting tired. It didn't help that Alice climbed down to his arms and began sniffing at Tavros.

"Okay, uh, let me know, if I'm too heavy or something. So, who's Rein?"

Tavros smiles at Alice. She's a little baby too! He has to admit, she's really damn cute.

She seemed to realize it was Tavros too, as she began gently grooming at the base of his horns, careful to not actually bite the skin.

"Rein, sh-she makes n-normal clothes, s-so you don' haveta wear the plant-suit."

He laughs a little at Alice's grooming, but makes himself hold still.

"Whoa, um, really? I didn't know, there were people on the ship who did that. Uh, do you think, she'd make something for me too?"

A pause.

"Um, I mean, me as I normally am. Not me at, this stage."

Alex laughs and re-adujusts Tavros, "I'm s-sure she c-could, n-no problem! When we're b-back ta normal, we c-can visit her a-again."

"I don't really, um, have any way to pay her for her trouble, though..."

This is such a weird situation. He really hopes this isn't some time-lapse de-ager that's going to suddenly leave him someplace far from his chair.

Oh well. All he can do is stick with Alex for the time being.

Alex was hoping the same thing, except concerning pants.

"Oh, she j-jus' asked me ta t-tell other people about th-the place, since there's r-really no economy on the ship. Sh-she's really nice."

"That's good to know."

Pause.

"Is it much farther? Not that, uh, I mean to sound impatient or anything, but you probably won't be able to carry me all the way, if it's across the city."

"Is the way I'm h-holding you uncomfortable?" It wasn't too far.

"No, not at all." It's true, he's totally fine. Just maybe a little self-conscious about being carried.

Alex felt a little weird carrying his best friend like this.

"You kn-know, while we're like this, w-we should take advantage of it, an' do something... er, fun."

Moving slowly to avoid dislodging Alice, Tavros glances up uncertainly.

"Uhh... what exactly, did you have in mind?"

Alex was silent as he thought for a moment. "I dunno... M-maybe try ta s-scare the girls, or something..."

He was trying to think back on pranks that kids would play.

"People aren't scared of us, um, at all, when we're our right ages. What makes you think, anyone here will be scared of a couple of little kids?"

Alex smiled down at Tavros, "'C-cause you're a giant grub, an' m-most girls I know are afraid o-of bugs!"

"But, I'm not really a bug..." On second thought, it doesn't seem like there's much of a distinction to be made here. He is basically an oversized maggot right now. And it might be kind of fun not to be on the receiving end of a prank for once.

"Well, okay, but... let's not, scare anyone too badly."

"Er, I th-think you might be right. Wh-what if they g-get angry?" He shifted Tavros again gently so that he was now cradled in his arms. "S-sorry 'bout that..."

Alice seemed to like this position better too as she laid on top of Tavros.

Tavros does too, actually. He settles in again as he's shifted.

"It's okay, um, it might've been, kind of fun. But, kind of mean, too."

Alex laughs a bit, "I-it's the sorta thing that s-seems less mean as a k-kid. A lot of the b-boys in my school d-did things like that to the g-girls."

"Oh, you mean, to troll them."

That makes sense to Tavros. Trolls are constantly doing stuff like that to each other, but he didn't realize it was so common among humans too.
