Office Hours [Open]
Sometimes it was one thing after another with this crew. Other times, it was several things at once, as evidenced by the most recent series of events.
But Leon had to handle all of it. He was in the big chair now, literally in this case. He was in the Captain's Office, located just off the main bridge. It was fairly sparsely decorated, but had one hell of a view of the Bleed.
Not that Leon was taking too much time to enjoy it, he had a lot of work to do.

"You think it's maybe time to take a breather?" She poses the question like she's actually going to give him a choice.

He didn't answer for a second, finally finishing up what he was working on, and clearing out of the screen. He leaned back in his chair, looking for the moment that he was actually thinking about how to answer that question.
The answer was obviously going to be 'yes,' Claire & Sherry > Work any day of the week. But...
"What if I answered with 'no?' What would you do then?" ...he did like to tease her some every once in a while.

"Well, then I'd just have to make it extremely difficult for you to continue working."
no subject
"And how would you do that?" Granted, she had his full attention by now, as she normally did whenever she was around him. He couldn't get back to work now if he wanted to, and he definitely didn't want to.

She didn't stop smiling as she stood up and made her way around the desk, fingers trailing along the surface until she reached Leon. For all her general cluelessness about dating, at times, she'd gotten very good at flirting. With Leon, anyway. It was practically effortless. Without waiting for an invite she straddled his legs and sat down, leaning forward to kiss him.

This was one of those times he didn't want to be interrupted for a while.

"What're you doing?"

no subject
"Definitely not," she replied, leaning in to kiss him again briefly. "Although, what makes you think something is going to happen that requires locked doors?" Now who's the one getting teased?
no subject
"Let's just call it a hunch," he told her, tightening his arms around her, and kissing her again. "Us cop types tend to have those."
